I used to really like Chick-fil-A but little by little it's been a real disappointment with the food mostly; I've never had a problem with delivery personally.The food is shrinking! I mean, I understand times are difficult, some items are scarce and more expensive, but if I'm going to have to pay more I expect it to be the same size it was before at least!Side salad got smaller, barely any cherry/grape tomatoes and cheese. Missing items in sandwiches like pickles or cheese. Then it comes down to the chicken strips, which if they continue to make them smaller I cannot think what the nuggets size would be! I took a picture to compare the size and as you can see even the sauce packet is bigger! Barely any chicken and a lot of breading instead.Honestly, they just lost me as customer. I rather save the $4.89+tax, get an air fryer and cook me some big chunky strips even if I have to wait 20 minutes more until ready. I'll save the gas and having to pay for almost no food...smh
Not a great location. Service is lackluster. Employees act deflated and unmotivated. I heard a supervisor shouting across the kitchen at an employee to "put your mask on". Really? Might not be up to date with news. Playground is closed. 1/4 of restaurants is closed. No condiments available. Front counter blocked. No one stands at makeshift register at the front. Several minute wait to get refills. Keep driving to another location for a decent chick fil a experience.
It was okay. I feel like I've had a better experience at other Chick-fil-A's but the food is always great so that's why they still got four stars. If I was going on service alone it would be like two and a half three stars
Not my nearest Chick-fil-A, but always my go-to Chick-fil-A. Really fast service, friendly staff, accurate orders and delicious sandwiches.Love this location. Please keep it up!
Fried chicken, it was great, nothing wrong with it, but not sure if it was worth the hype we hear about Chick-fil-a in Canada
Chick-fil-A always has delicious chicken sandwiches, although they are a little salty. They have amazing service running people through quickly and have perfected the drive through. I had a question on how I can place an order and go pick it up, let them in the drive-thru know I'm here for my pickup order and I have to wait. It seems like ordering online takes longer than if I had ordered in line. This is something that needs to be fixed.
Pretty great. Got curbside. They forgot the napkins, but other than that was fast and yummy!
Great chicken and great service! Excellent as always, and they were very kind and understanding to my grandmother who sometimes has a little trouble ordering clearly due to her age. 10/10 service.
It saddens me to make this review bc I honestly do love chickfila. I used to love this location. In my last 3 or 4 visits here. My experience has been awful. This last time my order was given to another car in curbside. I sat waiting for more than 20 minutes never to have recieve my order. I waited that long because I did notice a few cars but once i noticed i was the only car left in curbside I had to call and ask. When i called i was told my order had already been brought out. My response was "clearly because my order isn't showing up in the app anymore. My order was never brought out to my vehicle." The person on the other end of the phone line informed me that my order had been given to another car. I was very surprised by this mistake one because I do hold Chickfila to a very high standard (main reason I make it a point to give them my business all 6 days of the week they are open). Usually their service is beyond exceptional. The last few visits have been less than acceptable.
service was pretty good friendly employee and my curbside delivery was pretty fast.
