This Chik-fil-A location is the worst I've ever been to. The service is terrible and the manager there is not helpful at all. I ordered food online and got a notification that it was not working. I called the location 3 times and not one person answered. Hours later I get a notification that my food is ready after I had already ordered food from another restaurant. The manager was not helpful at all and refused to give me a refund. Even though I had a screenshot of the error message. I would not recommend this restaurant and the manager, Michael, deserves to be fired after the way he spoke to me. I am not surprised by the amount of negative reviews for this place.
First off; they literally messed up the order really bad. Both sandwiches were wrong and they forgot an order of nuggets. Second, their online ordering system is weird... If you order for pickup then they won't start making your order until you get there and mark a spot. I was in a hurry and tried to order ahead of time so I could swing in and get the food.The result is I show up late to give a few hungry people the wrong food and one kid gets no food.I usually don't have this kind of experience with chick FIL a so I'm assuming this particular location is poorly managed.Edit; we called in to complain and they said to come pick up the order for free any time within the next 30 days. I scheduled it and came back and they still messed it up.
Excellent service and amazing food. One of the workers who goes by the name of kyle is the most outgoing and kind person I’ve ever dealt with in a food enterprise in my life. 6/5 stars easy money
They're ignorant and can't understand how to make a customer's sandwich properly.I ordered a club w colby cheese , but it's missing cheese and bacon, so I return it. They make me another one. Only this time they add cheese, but no bacon, so i return it again. I get the 3rd one. Has everything, but the cheese is American, not Colby.I should've return the 3rd sandwich bc technically it wasn't correct either, but since they wasted so much of my lunch break I had to accept their mistake.A$$holesAlso, i had to ask for new fries bc the mngr seemed to think i wanted old cold fries that had been sitting there while i was waiting for them to make me another sandwich. I had to ask since they weren't offered, from the mngr no less. How lousy is that??Be careful with this location. Kitchen staff is subpar, probably due to lack of proper leadership
Not much of a fan. The food is standard Chick-fil-A, so kids like it. But when you order and pay for breakfast, then they tell you they can't DO breakfast anymore, that's gonna kill it, the food isn't THAT good. The breakfast is the only part I'm partial to. Everyone has chicken now, gotta have the service.

Most times that I've gone through the drive-thru there's not a line...and even when there has been, the whole process (including getting the food), goes quickly.Each employees that I've talked to was friendly.The only reason I left off a star is because there have been a couple times they have made some errors in our orders. However, it's worth noting, that each time we didn't notice until we got home. So there's a chance that they may have made things right if we went back but we never had. Either way, that's still an inconvenience.

First time having their grilled chicken sandwich; got the one with honey bbq sauce and bacon, and it was too delish!
