We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this chilantro. It was relaxed and quiet fast casual type spot. The ladies behind the counter were so sweet and attentive. It was fun just talking and ordering with them. Speaking for myself friendly staff make delicious food and this was definitely a friendly staff. We had the rice bowl and as a guy that leans more towards the carnivore side…the meat was very flavorful and tender and it complimented the rest of the bowl . The rice was fluffy and tasty. The corn ?? And the greens were fresh. We are at the high tops inside and waited for our Uber finishing our drinks in the outside table . Would recommend both areas , the outside I don’t think is covered but it wasn’t raining so I don’t remember for certain.

Chi’Lantro is a Chipotle-style Korean BBQ. I got the noodle bowl with Korean BBQ steak, caramelized kimchi, grilled corn and Korean esquites. While I usually love corn, I wasn’t a fan of their grilled corn or the esquites. Something about their taste was off. However, I thought the rest of the food was super tasty and I would definitely order the noodle bowl with steak and caramelized kimchi again.

First time here, this place was recommended by someone who knew the food truck lore. Not disappointed, had the spicy pork rice bowl with kimchi and it was really good. The line moves fast and there's enough space to sit so that makes it a perfect lunch spot. Would definitely come again to try other items on the menu.

Chi'Lantro serves really good food. The issue is that it used to serve great food. Their bowls are good but their burger that is now no longer regularly served was great. The kimchi fries are really good and should be tried. This is a healthy choice and you will enjoy yourself. Just know that Chi'Lantro used to be probably the best food truck in Austin, and now it's another pretty good restaurant there instead.

Food was tasty. Came in at 1 PM on a Thursday. Line went quickly and price was fair.

First time ever hearing about a place like this so had to try. Was confused at first when walked in but realized it is similar to a Chipotle. The cooking area is small and right behind the people serving you so there is lots of difficulty with hearing. Had to repeat myself a couple times. Seemed like workers couldn’t really keep up with the orders, made me feel like I was doing something wrong when telling them what I wanted. They were friendly though. The place is very cozy and warm. Loved the decor. There are tables inside and a few outside. Strawberry lemonade was very good!!! I ordered a rice bowl with the Korean bbq meat and I finished my whole plate! I would definitely come by again when In town.

I ordered the fries with the chicken which is listed as GF on the menu because I have a gluten allergy. They put some sort of beef on there and now I’m sick. No one is answering the phone so I can ask what they marinate their steak in that’s not gluten free. I’m trying to gauge how much gluten I got and how sick I’ll be tonight. Ugh such a bummer. Really wish restaurants would be more careful and just follow the order. How hard can it be?

Food was very good for those on the health kick. Wings are off the chain also. People were friendly, food was fresh.

This is my third time here. I was helped by a guy named Lane both times and he made suggestions for which bowl I should get based on his experience. His recommendation was on point! He told me to try a fried egg on top, which sounded weird but I gave it a try and was blown away how it added to the already delicious bowl of Japchai noodles and marinated tofu. The flavors are so delicious, I didn't even add any of the sauces they offer for free. This place has to be the best "fast casual" food I've ever had, period.

The workers today were not very kind or helpful. Its surprising because the service is usually very good. No one seemed happy to give us toppings or ring us up. Food was still very delicious though.
