Cliff is a horrible GM he has the worst customer service, I will never come back to this Chi’Lantro ever again. I used love this place, but after what I experienced with a cliff and his staff, I will never refer anyone to this place. I’ll take my business else where. If you want a visual I do have a video and will be posting it shortly and will expose him. Thank you and I hope you have a better day then cliff aloud me to have.
This will unfortunately be my last visit to Chi’Lantro. This place used to be my neighborhood go-to for any meal.The staff has gotten progressively less communicative, in some cases with limited English, and this time there were somehow at least 8 people behind the counter.Still, my burrito took about 8 minutes to be finished and wrapped because there was no communication behind the counter. My egg was overdone because someone left it alone to do another task. Even after paying, we stood there watching my unwrapped burrito being ignored on the line because no one took the initiative to finish it. It’s a managerial mess. They also eliminated the neighborhood discount for local residents.I might expect this from a lower end spot, but for a $20 burrito, I’ll spend my money elsewhere.Sorry guys.
I’m a long time customer but this was my first time at this location. I love the set up here! Kimchi fries bomb as always! Love visiting all the recent locations.
I placed an online order last night and when I went to go pick it up, the employee packing my food said I only have a WEIRD name. Like I understand my ethnic name is different but I've never heard weird and it hurts. My name is culturally significant and I thought Austinites would be better than this
It’s like Chipotle for Korean BBQ. We ordered and tried ALL the sauces… it was a bit much. One sauce would suffice. Would eat here again
This was our first try at Korean-inspired cuisine and it did not disappoint! A good pick if youre nervous about trying new foods. Their BBQ beef rice bowls are well-balanced, flavorful, and a good-sized portion. Was a little pricey for casual dining, but the service was great and Id go again for that magic sauce?
We have had Chi'Lantro both in the storefront and at their food truck. Every time the food is excellent! The flavors are rich and unique. Absolutely recommend this place!
Staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. I have allergies and the staff always take special care and attention. The food is a total comfort and always fresh.
Normally doordash my but I started picking up my food and this what I have to say. The food is good and for the first time on November 19 2021 I work in at 6:40pm and on a Friday and the rice good for the very first time and fresh. Am not saying I wasn't fresh before but for the first time it tasted like it came out of the pot as it should. Please stop putting the rice on the line it ruins the freshness and the whole bowls because the rice and noodles are whst makes the food come together guys. Everything was very good this time whole dish so please let's keep high standards thank you
