Good service with a manager always checking tables in case a server isn't around. Delicious and fresh food!
We had the fried shrimp and catfish plate with onion rings and corn nuggets. It was all most excellent. There was no way we could eat it all. Our waitress was good. The place looked clean. It was packed at 5,pm so other people must have liked it too. We'll definitely be going back.
I finally got to have dinner here for the first time and it was on mother's day my husband co- worker recommended this 3C and it was everything he said it would be although I cheated and checked out the reviews...I walked in the building and it brought back fish fry at my grandparents for all their kids and grandkids after fishing all week...the smell took me back starting at the age of about 4 and the taste like it smell everything was seasoned well not salty my food was pippN ? hot! And my plate look like the picture...the host and our waitress gave that sweet country hospitality feel it was so much food I shared some fish with my husband and took so food home for later...I had the trio? and the price was right?..for the amount of food??

We went to Cherry Creek Catfish today. Had the chicken fried steak and the fish & shrimp. Both dishes were awesome!!! Had the fried cheesecake for dessert. Yummy is all I have to say. The staff was fantastic. Oscar, the manager, was very attentive. Sam was our server…she was awesome too. Will definitely be back!!
Allways good been going there along time but one thing my wife and daughter don't like fish but that said the chicken fried steak tasted like fish that's it I don't care I like catfish and for me if the chicken fried steak taste like fish I like that to just me be back for sure
Catfish is always on point. Good sized fillets. Fried green tomatoes are a favorite.
We had a birthday dinner & we literally sampled most of the menu! Not a complaint at the table! From fried fish & combo plates to fabulous fried oysters and chicken fried steak everyone loved the meal... not to mention the PIE!!! Yummy! Well served, AGAIN! THANKS
Old school South Austin classic. Down home and very comforting. Try everything, but get the catfish. It’s perfectly cooked, fried fresh with a homemade cornmeal breading. I got the Fish and Shrimp combo with Mac and cheese, onion rings, beans, and hush puppies. It hit the spot! Amazing value for the quality and quantity. Will recommend and will def be back.
This is a great old school style eatery with a specialty in southern comfort food. Cherry Creek may have “catfish” in its name but they also have excellent chicken fried chicken and chicken fried steak. They have barbeque ribs as well. The side dishes are also excellent, the green beans stand out, in particular. Save some space for desserts as well, the chocolate and key lime pies are both good choices. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive. You will jot be disappointed with your meal here.
