Food was a good as always at this Cheddars. We had Ribs and the Monte Cristo (my usual). Service was worse than a teenager at McDonalds. Never got drink refills never cleared dishes. Just seem very uninterested to be working at all.

Service here is always friendly, and no matter who we bring with us for lunch or dinner, there's a menu item for everyone. Great food - love the warm croissants!!
The vibe here is way chill. Their food is good (Buffalo Chicken Wrap) and the drinks are huge. Service was spot on and friendly.
So disappointed. We arrived at 11:30 for a family birthday of 17. Our waiter (Juan ) was openly rude to my wife and my daughter-in-law. My daughter-in-law asked for her ticket, as she needed to leave for work. He said he was handling things his way, and didn’t she understand there was 17 people? He made no effort to accommodate her. She was in tears. He never refilled drinks, didn’t ask if we wanted dessert, and left after processing only part of the tickets to take the order from a large table of cheerleaders. We finally had to go pay the manager. Absolutely the worst service we have ever had. Just a nasty attitude. Never again.
First time here and the food was great. Staff was friendly. Will come back again and again..
I'm giving this place 3.5 stars. The food proportions are just right but the taste can be elevated. I'm not sure how long they have been doing this but you get 1 complimentary honey butter croissant per person. This service was inconsistent every time we went. So I'm not sure if it depends on what you order or if your server likes you.
Our meals were excellent. Great portion sizes and the food was hot, fast, and delicious. However, our waiter was quite brusk. He felt like he wanted us out of there as soon as possible from the minute we sat down. (We got there shortly after 8 and left a few minutes after 9 so we were hardly close to closing time since they don’t close till 10.) It was also very wet under the table like someone had spilled a glass of water down there that didn’t get cleaned up and the seat of the booth didn’t seem to have been cleaned off either. The table itself was clean though. (This did not change my review rating since I don’t want to claim they’re unclean or anything like that based on one table. The place overall appeared clean.) For anyone curious, the staff are currently wearing masks (again didn’t play into my review rating obviously). So overall was a fantastic experience food-wise but there were a few things I wish had been different.
Always a solid choice for that “at home” type meal. Wait staff are always generally friendly and accommodating. Quality of Food is worth what you pay & they have a full Bar!
Our wait person, Austin, was great! The food was delicious and hot! The prices for the serving size is wonderful. Would highly recommend.
