A hot plate of food....and you cooked your meal. Like you're own personal hibachi. They brought varied types of proteins....beef, chicken, squid, pork....rice, kimchi....am stuffed.
The flavor of the meat is average, not exceptional, so one time and I’m done.
This was my husband's and I's first kbbq experience and Charm exceeded our expectations! Firstly I would like to say our server John N. Was such a sweet and attentive server. He was so patient explaining the process (and helping us newbies with the grill) and surprised us with his recommendations! If you can splurge a bit I highly recommend the premium all you can eat buffet, every selection on that menu was *chefs kiss*. Cooking the meat yourself and having some soju was such an experience and we can't wait until we're in the area again to come back!

Pretty good, first time eating Korean Bbq ever. Beef bulgogi was good chicken and pork shoulder was fine. Spicy baby octopus was a little to hot for me. Corn side was good cooking on a grill at the table is definitely a experience. Indoor decor has a little bit of a industrial feel. Casual atmosphere for sure.
Let me start of by saying, the corn here is amazing. It was all-you-can-eat so I made sure to eat as much as I could (Probably around 5-6 portions).It was pretty cheap considering the quality of the food. Staff checked on us very often to make sure we had everything we needed. Wish I could go here more often. My only issue would be that it was a little longer of a drive away than I am used to, but it was definitely worth it.
Had a great experience!!! The staff provided great service and were super attentive and friendly!! Food was delicious. Best Korean bbq I have had in a while! Highly recommend!

Food is good. Service is cordial, but their policies around the all you can eat menu are extremely inconvenient. That is, if you order all you can eat, every person in the table must do so as well. Moreover, if you order the premium all you can eat, everyone else must upgrade as well.Aside from that, they are absolutley unwilling to accommodate customer with special dietary restrictions. These customers are compelled to participate in the all you can eat as well.They can run their business however they see fit, but I am reluctant to spend money in aggravations.
