My husband and I had the ceviche and a lomo saltado. The lomo saltado was great, the meat tender and flavorful—bien criollo. The ceviche was extremely flavorful and fresh. The owner makes everything at the moment so you have to wait a couple of minutes, but not longer than a sit down restaurant. We were so delighted to find this little spot and can’t wait to go back.
The food here is divine!! Easily my favorite food truck in all of Austin. The chef is so friendly and incredibly skilled with blending flavors. My favorite is the lomo saltado plate but you can’t go wrong with anything here.

I love this place. Some of the best food in Austin. The sauce is A+. I’ve gotten the beef and broccoli, plantains, fried rice and chicken stir fry. All have never disappointed. You will have to wait but get over it because Ceviche is ran by one person. Which is even cooler if you ask me!
I love Ceviche 7!!!! It’s truly a gem of Austin. MUST try if you haven’t!! Order ahead of time because the owner is a one man show committed to the freshest quality ingredients and service!! It takes a minute but WORTH EVERY SECOND!! I love your food David thank you for everything you do for our Austin community!!
I don't know what he's putting in this food, but it haunts my dreams in the best way. His pork sandwich is quite possibly the best sandwich I've ever had in my life. If you're visiting Austin or a local you gotta check out Ceviche7.
The food was absolutely delicious and the chef was just so sweet and gave off great vibes!! I got the stir fried beef and each bite was a burst of flavors. It tasted savory but had a kick of lime to mane it refreshing. And the fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Never tried peruvian food before but I’d go back again!
Hands down the best food truck ive ever been to! Tastes like true authentic Peruvian food, absolutely wonderful! Always have the best service too
If I were on death row my last supper would be from here. Absolutely delicious.
Coming from Houston where we have so much variety of restaurants and wanted to try some Peruvian food in Austin. This little place is a gem. The owner cooks with enthusiasm and cares about his food and business. We’ll come again. We are the ceviche and the lomo salteado.Also he has a good taste in music too with his little speaker playing music.
