My first time trying CAVA and was super impressed! The food was so incredibly flavorful!! The portion sizes were perfect for a healthy, delicious meal. Needless to say, I’ll be back so downloaded the CAVA app so I can start racking up some rewards!!
This place is great and I come here about weekly. When it first opened it was even better, now, however, the lunchtime line is a 20 min+ wait. I don't know if it's just the crowds or if it's a staffing issue, but the line is too long. If it's at the door then it's about a 30 min wait, at the bend is about a 20 min wait. I will often come early to avoid the line but I see numerous people open the door and immediately leave due to the line. It's also expensive and tough to get out of there under $15.
This was my first time trying Cava. I thought I’d give it a chance since I was getting sick of my usual Chipotle across the street. One staff member was rude. The food was flavorful but pretty oily. In the middle of the meal I found a hair in my food. I don’t think I’ll be coming back again.
The food is great, love cava. However, the portion is off when I order online. I asked for super green and brown rice. I got maybe half a spoon of the green and rice. I'm so sad the balance of the dish kinda messed up bc there is barely any salad or grain.Updated: contact them and they refunded me. I'll go in store this time around.
I went in late at night, close to closing. You would have thought it was the first order of the day with the incredible customer service Patrick gave! He was helpful and went way beyond to ensure everything was fabulous. (If was, thanks to Patrick!) His kindness and friendly attitude was so great. I am glad to keep going to this location for its consistently great bowls and for the amazing help from Patrick!
I've been here many times and the food is always delicious. The atmosphere is very cafeteria but serves it's purpose for what seems to be primarily serving the 9-5er's lunch crowd. There is often a wait whether they're busy or not. All in all, it's great, especially to go. I recommend ordering ahead to avoid the wait whether you're eating in or not.
The line here moves slower than molasses
I love this place very clean and family friendly. Always willing to go the extra mile and they offer a variety of options for vegans ! Sometimes the wait can be long but worth it.
The food is great! However, ever since they did away with the family meal that we got weekly, we now have to order individual meals which would be fine if the website worked. But talk about a nightmare to pass along orders for 5 when we cant order on the app ahead. And no one picks up the phone. Don't really want to drive down with a family of 5 just to pick up to go dinner!
The staff was very friendly and helpful, they were willing to offer suggestions and knowledgeable of the menu choices. Food also tasted great! Restaurant was clean.
