This is not a caribou. It’s Einstein only.
Rude associates. Coffee was horrible. I took two sips and discarded the remaining. Will return to Starbucks or Barbarosa.
They got that good ice.
Service is slow, they don't pay attention to what you ordered. A little rude too.

We truly enjoy drinking Caribou coffee. While living in Colorado, we discovered the Caribou coffee shops. We were regular customers at one of the locations in Aurora, CO. Now living in Texas , the only place that has a coffee shop is in the Austin International Airport upstairs location. Can’t buy coffee there unless you are flying in/out and have past thru security. Which we could have a Caribou Coffee Shop in the Austin, Tx area.
Bad traffic. Lack of proper parking.
Austin is so much easier to get to from Bryan Texas with little to no traffic. Airport layout is great and less hectic than Houston Airports. Clean bathrooms. All personnel I've encountered were friendly. Including security!
Really nice airport very impressed. Well laid out with plenty of amenities. Some of the staff could do with Customer Service Training (others were excellent) but better than the vast majority (in the USA).
