I went for this 1st time after hearing about Bush's Chicken. Eh, it's ok, skin is not crisp and falls off easily. Fried ocra and the corn nuggets are good, although there was old ocra mixed with fresher ocra. And I didn't get cream gravy I ordered for the strips. So, I'm 50/50 with this place. Kinda expensive. Maybe I'll try it again if I'm around there again but wont go out of my way.
Food is great! The service is horrible. Do not go into the 3rd lane as the attendants will ignore you and take several cars (5 in my case) that came after you. I tried to call to them and was ignored. Younger female with short brown hair specifically. Very rude and disrespectful.
I am in love with this chicken shop. The quality of the food, quantity, and service are all phenomenal for the price point. My food tasted amazing, it was piping hot, and I am counting down the days until I go back for more.
Chicken breast old and dry. This used to be the best chicken place to eat, but lately has been horrible. Even the French fries taste old.
I’m disgusted right now with the Erin the manager at Brodie lane. He discriminated against my mother and my children at bushs. He would not allow my mother to have 2 kids cups so that my kids (who are regulars!) could share their drink. He also went ahead and gave every kid in that restaurant ice cream BUT my Hispanic kids. That’s disgusting we average there 2-3 week! Loyal customers. I am filling a ethics complaint on him. He got very upset when I called him out on the I e cream because he knows how he treated my family. Disgusting
We arrived right before closing. They still allowed us to purchase and eat there. Extreme amount of food they had cooked up. Boss ask employees if they wanted it otherwise it was being thrown away. Disappointed they didn't offer us the part being thrown away.
I grew up in Central Texas, so anytime I am traveling and I find a Bush's Chicken. I have to stop.This was a good location. Great and friendly staff. The food was good as always.Need a location closer to home.
I love this place! The breading on the chicken is perfect but folks, the sides are fantastic! I wish there was a Bush's in Buda, TX...
