First grilled cheese I've had in years, and it was worth breaking the carb-fast. Delicious with the fig jam.
I tried their sandwich on their food truck during new year's celebration in Austin.I liked the grilled cheese sandwich, I had the O.G on Hawaiian buns($6)My issue is the size of the sandwich for the price,it's not worth it.Probably not my go to place.

Decided to stop by and try them out after driving by so many times. It was not pleasant at all. The bread was chewy and everything was mostly bland. The only flavors we got out of it were the fig sauce (that was requested to be on the side and wasn’t) and the peppercinis. There was barely any cheese on them which is truly astonishing for a GRILLED CHEESE SANDWICH place. So disappointed.
Wish I could write a review but you were not open at lunch, at the location that’s supposed to be open at lunch- SoCo. Drove from Houston, too. Bummer.
