Waiter had a huge table and ours. He wasn’t very in tune with our needs or requests. Ask some thing multiple times.

The food was ok but the service was terrible! We ordered fettuccini Alfredo The waiter brought the noodles and said he wound back with the sauce He never came back with the sauce He said it was still being prepared in the kitchen Awful!!

Great service from Connor! He made us the day with his humor. Dish size perfect for sharing

I remember going to Buca for a casual but quality Italian dining experience for several years. It seems as though time has not been kind to this Buca…management and most of the employees do not seem to care about that experience anymore. You notice when pulling up the parking lot is less full, though it is full of trash and cigarette butts. The warm welcome and your through the enthusiastic kitchen are gone. They take you straight to a table which is in disarray, with trash from previous diners all over the floor in a 10% full restaurant. The wait person touched her face 4-5 times in our first interaction, and she seemed to only be able to do one task at a time. We received no suggestions and little enthusiasm. Food was okay…not great. Ordered their new trio appetizer, which was dropped off with the waitperson turning away from the table as the plate hit…our having to beckon and ask for plates. The calamari was chewy, the fried mozzarella cold and flavorless. Things didn’t get much better, and basically proceeded as they started. We ate, and didn’t die or anything, but that’s about it. Makes us all sad that a “fun casual” place that used to be good has gone so far downhill.

I brought my mom and friend here for a late mother's day dinner. The food is fantastic! Quality and authenticity of the food was a winner with us all.Now I unknowingly requested the wine room area and appearance wise it was fine but just be warned. The AC doesn't work on that area well and we were WARM. Even when they turned it on it really didn't do much, the rest of the place was nice and cool however! The plates are expensive, but worth it. Bring friends! Honestly I'd say 3 people minimum to help split the tab. The dishes easily serve 3/4 people and that's the basic/small serving. The chicken parmesan was perfect and delicious, we had ours on a bed of Alfredo noodles. Our server was very nice and helpful though he did make a small mistake or two, but nothing we were going to fuss over. The red sangria is great! And also very affordable compared to the other drink options, I highly recommend trying it. Sweet but not too sweet and not at all dry ?I hope to come back again with a group of 4-6 so we can try some more dishes ?

The atmosphere is very authentic. The only thing missing was Dean Martin crooning in the backround. The food was beyond excellent! All our food choices were very good, hard to pick a favorite.

We got there with a reservation. Majority of restaurant was empty. They made us wait 15 minutes to get seated. Our waitress was not friendly. She was like the host of the Haunted Mansion at Disney. First we thought maybe it was a joke, but she kept the same attitude the entire time. Brought us stiff cold bread. Luckily the food was warm and good. Still left a tip. Won’t be going back to this location.

This place was trash!! Never again.

The waiter claimed it was an original Italian restaurant so they didn't carry any ranch dressing. However they serve fried chicken wings. I never been to Italy but none of the Italian dishes we had tasted anything like Italian. It appeared to be heavily influenced by Mexican seasonings and staff.
