I’m never up in North Austin anymore and since I was I was so excited to stop by and get some Boston market at 12:50 in the afternoon. I pull up and they tell me that it’s going to be 40 minutes until the chicken is ready. That is absolutely insane to me and shows how horribly this place is being managed if I’m going to pull up at 12:50 in the afternoon and I can’t get rotisserie chicken which is what the place is known for. I guess I’ll never go again .

Had the 1/2 rack of ribs and chicken combo. It was very satisfying.. 5

Nobody was on the speaker. They tried to give me somebody else’s meal. When I finally got my meal it was missing the mashed potatoes. I waited at least 12 minutes to get my food. Complete disaster in there. I need to get some new employees. They also had no unsweet iced tea.

Excellent food! And such a lovely staff. So nice to see a place like this, a place for a person like me in this increasingly unaffordable town.

On 12/18/21 we placed a $37 online order. The order was accepted & our credit card charged. My husband was at the restaurant before the est ready time only to find it closed. I erroneously expected the restaurant to automatically issue a credit but they never did. Hours & service have been iffy for some time. Per their website it appears they are now closed. They stole from us. We would not return even if they were open.UPDATE: I'm trying to get a refund through company's website. Today they advised me my 12/18 order was placed through a 3rd party by name of Deliver Logic. I placed the order directly on Boston Market's website for pick up, not delivery. If their website directed me to another website I was not notified and it was not my choice. I see this as their way to avoid issuing a $37 refund.FINAL UPDATE: Our bank was successful in obtaining a refund. Too bad we had to take that route.

Ordered here on 10/31 thru the online ordering on their website. The order went though and charged my card and said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. When I got there the store was closed. I called them to give me a refund and the manager never returned my call. Shady business!

I ordered Thanksgiving meal from the Boston Market in Austin, TX and was so disappointed. The mashed potatoes were disgusting and the consistency of grits. The macaroni and cheese was super runny. I am so disappointed in this meal and won't recommend Boston Market at all. Wish I had ordered from Whole Foods. The pickup process was a disaster too. They had everyone lined up in the parking lot blocking the lot from cars coming in. The orders were being brought out from a Ryder truck that wasn't refrigerated so I question the quality of the food when I brought it home. I had a scheduled pickup time and still had to wait for 1.5 hours to get my order. Ridiculous. I need a refund for this mess.

If their Thanksgiving food service is any indicator of their regular operation, I'd be wary of coming here during peak hours. The window for pickup that I and many others signed up for (for turkey and other holiday food) was completely disregarded. My window was 4:00-4:15 and I left with my food in hand at 5:25 after hearing employees cuss out other customers in line. I understand it's a stressful time for the employees, but this system was inefficient and silly.

1st time i went to Boston Market, was in Arizona, loved it! So if you live in Austin or traveling to Austin for the day ENJOY SOME GREAT FOOD! Look at their menu lots to choose from, they have drive thru and walk in! Yum yum ? i give this place 5 stars for great service AND great food! Sweet potatoes.. Spinach cheese type casserole. Meats chicken all great!

Not quite the same quality taste I expected from when I first experienced Boston market. First time ordering in Dallas was really good, delivered hot and fresh. This time in Plano and Corpus Christi was a disappointment. Would think twice about ordering again.
