Some of the worst Indian and Nepali food I've ever had. We left more than half of what we ordered at the table since it was too gross to finish and not worth taking home.\\n\\nNoodles were soggy. Pizza dough was weird. Thali was all old stale food. Paneer chili was flavorless. Momos were okayish, the least awful thing but we still couldn't finish it. Mango lassi was so thin, might as well call it water. My toddler daughter refused to drink the lassi even though mango lassi is her favorite.\\n\\nDon't waste your money here.
We ordered a veg thali that came with one curry and daal with terrible taste. Ordered saag paneer pizza, again horrible. Momos were inedible, veg chow mein was simply horrible. The opinion pakodas was actually cabbage pakoda and horrible tasting. Even the mango lassi was inedible. Please don’t go to this restaurant. They have some serious chef issues!! We did not eat a thing!! Waste of money
Disappointed!\\n\\nOrdered chicken biryani but I got veg biryani (first picture)\\n\\nHumans so mistakes happen-\\u003e so thot of giving it a try!\\n\\nMost * thing taste -\\u003e look at the second picture.\\n\\nI should appreciate the owner though, for two things.\\n\\n1. For issuing refund immediately after I made a call\\n2. For making me to realize that I’ve to think before placing an order here *when you have cravings for chicken biryani* ?
Deep rich flavors, plenty of heat if you ask for hot or extra hot. Prices were also acceptable.
Want to change it up and get something super tasty? Here you go!\\nJust across from the charging stations, this place should be much busier and this is my 2nd time there. This is a nice dine restaurant, but I’m always on the go, so having take out.\\nButter chicken with naan bread, medium spicy ? ?.\\nSorry, I ate half of the bread before thinking of taking a pic, lol.
Finally found a perfect go-to Indian place!Authentic dishes ✓Mouthwatering variety ✓Great quality ✓Ambiance ✓Good service ✓My favorite so far - vegetable biryani and paneer tikka masala
I was sad to see Taj Palace wasn't here anymore as I've eaten there since I was a kid and it was the place my wife and I had our first date. But when I saw there was a restaurant in their former location I decided to stop in. I had the chicken curry and it was really good. The garlic Naan was also amazing. I am happy that the restaurant is similar inside for the nostalgia and that the food is just as good if not better.I hope business starts picking up for you guys and I will be back!
I don't know why there were only 3 customers in there. The food was delicious. (Lamb Korma and Garlic Cilantro Naan) The service was okay. The neighborhood maybe? There were also several to go orders while I ate.
I ordered a simple mango lassi, which I never had a bad experience anywhere with this simple drink. Well today, that came to an end. The lassi was watery and filled with cardamom. I couldn't even taste the mango, just pure cardamom and it was filled with the peices making the drink crunchy. Very disappointing
My new favorite Nepali restaurant in Austin alert. Loved the momos, so tasteful like homemade. We ordered Nepali thali and samosas as well. Sooo satisfied with Thali, reminded me of home. Naan was the best, soft and fluffy. And the price is good too. I was little unsatisfied with samosas as they were not crunchy enough and little oily for me. But overall, loved the place, very cozy and beautiful.
