Food is incredible. Do be warned: expect to wait in line for at least 20-25 minutes to put your order in. Once you place it, you get your food fast, though. The pizza is so good, I couldn’t give the business less than 5 stars, slow service notwithstanding. I’m from Boston and grew up on *the* best pizza. It broke my heart when I became lactose-intolerant, but Blaze has a vegan cheese option. All their toppings are wonderful, and they have an amazing variety. If they had wine, I might move in there.
I like the fact that you can pick your toppings as you go through the line and your pizza is pretty much done by the time you get to the register, but they really need to work on actually putting toppings on the pizza. I got a bbq chicken pizza and it literally had 3 tiny pieces of chicken on the entire pizza. The meat eater pizza was a little better but not by much. I just think they're being a little too stingy on the content of their pizzas. Their crust is thin but pretty tasty, but for $11 for a small personal size pie, there just needs to be more substance. The employees were all pretty nice and accommodating though.
Cleanliness here is sub par. There is loose food all over the counter where they make the pizza. There is often others food items in other bins. (Olives in the pepperoni). The floor is always dirty with food. There is no way this place gets an A from inspection. Keep in mind I have been here at least 5-6 times out of convenience. I’m just really disappointed in the lack of care for cleanliness. Food is 5/10
Tried their keto pizza. It was.... not the greatest thing i've ever had. Appreciate the effort though, when I was on keto this was a solid meal for me.
Everything here was clean and tidy. Ingredients were fresh and pizza cooked perfectly. They have a decent selection of toppings for the Build Your own. My only complaint would be the wait but it's understandable due to making the pizza as you go.
We came here based on 4.5 reviews from more than 900 people we tried 3 types of the Signature Pizzas they have but the Pizzas were burnt and the taste wasn't as good as described by people here.. I think this place should have less stars than what's been given to them!
The only reason I'm docking a star is because they didn't have gluten free crust. The pizza was otherwise great. I'll have to go a few mores times. That'll let me get a better impression of this place.
Amazing pizza (the keto crust is my “go to”) and the service is just as good! I drive all of the way north, from south Austin, to eat this pizza! That says a lot, seeing how gas is so expensive, these days! YOU MUST TRY BLAZE!
Just ate here with friends for the first time and was very amazed at the speed and quality of service. The workers were very nice and friendly with any questions I had and the pizza was delicious. Will come again for sure :D
I was at Blaze Pizza this past night and can I just say what an amazing experience the young man who helped me named Adrian was a absolute delight. He was very helpful and made sure my pizza was perfect. I got back in Line to order a extra dish and he was so kind and didn’t mind me getting something extra for the road near closing. Anyway he did a fantastic job and had excellent customer service and made my experience Amazing!!!! Thank you Adrian!!!
