Worked as a server for 7 years, never have I snapped/spoke to a customer the way Brodi did to our group yesterday after asking to have the TV changed twice. Apparently it’s a common occurrence that the service staff are never in pleasant moodsIt was 2 of ours first time there, had two drinks, didn’t stick around food and went elsewhere for a burger. Won’t be back

Really bad experience with staff and service. Sat in the back section where the pool tables are at and nobody came to take our orders the entire time we were there (40 mins). We got there around 5pm and it wasn’t even that busy. I went up to ask a server if that section had a server going around and she cut me off and said “im off the clock”. I went to another server sitting down and she looked at me like I was bothering her and said “I’m off the clock but I guess let me find somebody”. Since we were such an inconvenience to the staff we decided to walk across the street to Loro (which I recommend for its great service and food). It wasn’t the fact that a server never came to take our order because I know stuff happens but it was the attitude of the staff that got the 1 star. Where is the GM in these cases making sure operations are running smoothly and people have been taken care of.
The food is bar food. The burgers are always under cooked. The beer selection is the best thing going for this place. It's a dingy bar atmosphere. Your table will most likely be dirty, the service is slow (especially if you sit outside), but it's a sports bar, what do you expect? After a few drinks, you won't really care because you're too caught up in the games. Do not expect fine dining or great service, but do expect dog friendly, loud crowds, and cold beer.

Great atmosphere as always just like its sister Haymaker. ..(yes)Hannah (and her sisters) in the patio were beyond awesome as was Clayboy the bartender and ALL the staff.MANAGERS, give her a raise or at least an extra paid day off. Customers, tip her and her gurls and bois well.Especially if you got a cushy WFH IT job.Go Pulisic and the bois!
Great bar food, great drink specials, great atmosphere. Perfect happy hour bar or somewhere to watch the game.

no complaints about this B&G. we ate outside on the patio. the burger and fried cheese curds hit the spot.
