Craving taste buds for Biryani died, due to this worst chicken boneless Biryani we ever had! They mixed spoiled colored rice with white rice, pungent smelled chicken pieces.. Basically served spoiled Biryani. Never ever going to visit again!
We were craving for biryani after a long hike on Sunday morning and we ended up going to biryani pot by not looking at the reviews but while coming out i ended up writing an review and understood the importance of review now ? anyways the story is we ordered famous Hyderabad dum biryani, egg biryani and it took 45 minutes to arrive from kitchen to table and with those exciting faces when we saw the biryani bowl with hell lot of onions we were shocked ? and we got surprised that they are selling “onion biryani” and along with garnishing chicken pieces… ?I would recommend this restaurant to veg folks out there! Have fun and must try onion biryani ?
When you visit Biryani Pot you know you can expect authentic Hyderabadi Dum Biryani. Never disappointed by the quality service and food. Always a goto place for my family for Biryani.
Waste of money and Food was tasteless.I ordered online two chicken dum biryani spicy but we got plain rice biryani tasteless.
Ordered mutton dum biryani family pack . The protein portion is good but the food is too salty . Also I didn’t feel like it’s authentic dum biryani , felt like mutton curry was mixed with rice .
Very yummy! Large portions
So far one of the best biryanis I tasted here in Austin. Portion size is good. Vijayawada special boneless chicken biryani is awesome.Lack of dine-in is a big minus. It’s still in construction since last 8 or 9 months which is sad.
I was visiting from Seattle and tried this place with friends. Overall good food, we liked the chicken starter, Mirchi Bajji, and chicken biryani. Goat biryani was bland and tasteless.
Unfortunately I did not have good experience ordering food from this place. Their website menu is inaccurate and had multiple items which the chef do not prepare. When I was informed that the first 3 items that I ordered (based on the menu of their website) were not available it did not make sense to order anything else. I recommend the restaurant to please update the menu with existing items (food items which Chef actually prepares) so that customers do not have such an experience again!
They are currently closed for dine-in and are doing takeout only. Pictured is the Lamb Biriyani Family Pack which comes with a small order of an appetizer- here, they gave me Chicken 65. It also comes with Raita and Gravy to go with your biriyani. This order cost me $32.46 (including taxes). The food tasted okay, not bad. The service was pretty fast.
