This is your run of the mill ran down establishment..Food is ok, customer service some what ok, and just ok.Breakfast time sucks because it's a mandatory 30 minute wait just to make your order and get your food.And if you buy any brisket expect to over pay for dry small pice of meat.So bring a full tank of gas, a good book and a pillow because it's going to be a minute.
normally it's a great place, food was ok, but had to pay extra on a 15.00 plate for white meat chicken, they had none of the rye bread and when I asked for to go plates they gave me foil sheets to cover a paper plate..I'm 45 min from here, it may or may not make it home.. Not Happy, It will be a bit b4 I try them again, if ever....
As always, great food, and even though there was a long line for drive-thru, we got our order surprisingly quick!
Ordered the 3 piece chicken for my some and some brisket for myself. I tried a little piece of chicken and it was bland and tasteless, which is sad because the crunch was perfect. With a few shakes of salt and pepper etc. BM could corner the fried chicken game here in this 5 mile area with KFC and Popeyes dropping the quality ball for a franchise fumble. Come on BM sonic is around the corner making popcorn chicken with more soul and their nuggets are like 70% batter SMH.
Great place to eat, every now and then they'll close the inside due to lack of staff, but still pretty good bbq!
I rated them 4-5 stars for at least 8 years but after my last 4 trips I am embarrassed to recommend them now. It's a joke. I either get everything but the taste is way to salty, old and overcooked, or I am missing an item or 2 and the super small portion makes me feel stupid for even coming. Thanks staff for working during this time. I will be 1 less person in line you don't care about anyway.

Always great chicken. Right now they doing limited menu items. Sign says short staffed.
Can't believe that they can only give you 5 packets of ketchup for 4 combos that come with fries. Then we asked for a tub of pickles and onions and I clearly asked if they were in the bag and he said yes. I open the bag to make sure and find only 3 small bags of pickles and onions! I've ordered it before and of course I know they charge which I have no problem paying for something we want but don't lie to me and tell me it's in there! Won't be returning here again that's for sure.
