The ambiance is spacious and clean. Customer service good and fast with our orders. Our food was average tasting, but it was fresh and the portion size is enough to get you full. I give Bep Saigon 3 stars because our food wasn’t memorable. Ok at best

Bad service ?. Had to wait over an hour for our food. Got 2 wrong dishes. We ordered wonton eggnoodle soup with extra wonton but what we got was eggnoodle, SEAFOOD, and TWO wontons. And we got lemon pepper shrimp while we ordered chicken ?

What i had tast grate and services was awesome i had shaken beef and pan fried wide noodles with beef ant tofu...

We and our friends were happy to try out this place on our way to San Antonio. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The service was friendly and food came out in good time. All the food we ordered tasted good. Will add this to favorites when back in this area.

Second time at this Vietnamese restaurant. Looks like family owned & food is on point. Usually get pho. The calamari is pretty good! Would definitely recommend this place!

I LOVE this place. Their pepper steak is so flavorful, and for the first time ever I can say I had a wonton soup that I liked. My only complaint is that their wontons and dumplings don’t have enough filling. Other then that, amazing. Service is great and everyone is kind. The ambience is very nice.

Great food, great portion size, decent prices and service. I come here with my wife often and we always enjoy a good meal. The one thing I will say to watch out for, ask what is in the dishes. One time I got a soup and found pork in there but it wasn't in the description. Other than that, excellent restaurant, highly recommend! Please never change the portions and recipes, that's what I love the most here.

Okay. Authentic Vietnamese probably not. I ordered grilled pork and they told me that stir fry and grill is the same thing. When I asked just be honest and tell me that you didn't have grill pork prepped. I don't eat stir fry or sauté from non 5 star restaurants because the average restaurant thinks sugar is the best ingredient. I do not ask for free stuff. I paid and politely left. If you want quality go elsewhere. My experience may not be the same as yours. I never had stir fried vermicelli until today. Also, please don't mince the noodles some people know how to use chopsticks.Reply to reply: First of all there was no miscommunication. The menu said Grilled Pork Vermicelli and we were given Stir Fry Pork Vermicelli which does not exist. We ordered one Grilled Pork Vermicelli and one Grilled Pork Vermicelli with an fried egg roll. Than means you made two exact meals wrong and did not understand two people ordering from a number menu and pointing. I try to keep things simple so there is less room for error when ordering. Second we understand Vietnamese. We can hear you having complications in your kitchen. I asked a simple question in English about the stir fried pork. Your hostess lied and said stir fry and grill is the same. Again just don't lie to me. Simply apologize and I can move on with this weird meal. When I was lied to is when I left the food uneaten and paid my bill. I am no fool and this was not a communication error.

I'm visiting my daughter in Austin today and we're here having lunch and they have excellent vietnamese food. I have hu tu Ap chao. it is very delicious!!

Food is great but the service could be better. Still deserves a 5 stars
