Thanks to Harrison my first experience at BBG's very enjoyable. Stopped by for a late dinner and drink while in Austin for the first time for a conference. He was very welcoming, made great cocktails, and we had great conversation. The food was great too. I will definitely return to say hello the next time I'm back in Austin. Keep up the great work!

Kicked us out, no clear reason except we weren’t Caucasian. Check the tape, 6/18 about 12:30 and it will be clear.
Waited 45 minutes for a drink, and barely got it. Asked 2 different waiters and waitresses to place a order and they keep saying ask someone else.Fat girl with tattoos and skinny dude with slicked up hair need to learn to work better as a team.It wasn't only our table but 4-5 other tables that we were talking to all frustrated.
The wings were good but the service was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. There are 2 people serving for the entire place right now at 8:40 on a Thursday during March Madness... makes no sense. I’ve seen 5 groups come and leave after waiting 10+ minutes for service. I waited 20-25 minutes for someone to even say hello. Currently still here trying to get my check. The one bartender is working hard but the place is just horribly understaffed.

Not meant for a younger crowd. On top of that, last night when I came in there was a woman with shoulder length black hair working and she was so rude to everyone. The place only had 4 people in it besides me and it was 11 on a Saturday night… my husband kept saying he felt like we were on bar rescue or something lol after we watched the woman make a entire group of younger people leave because one of their friends were using the bathroom, I left my food and got up and left. She literally ran business out of the door.
So damn delicious!!!! Also, we had the coolest bartender! Thanks for the awesome experience Harrison! ?
We’re tourists from Chicago who wanted to watch a college wrestling which is hard to find at any bar really. Our bartender, Han, was so accommodating and fun. She made killer margs, was so kind, and took great care of us!!! She gave us phenomenal recommendations too. Be sure to check out the chicken place next door too. Same owner and manager is also so nice!!!
Service was less than desirable. Got our food before the waters arrived. Had to send the waiter back for sweet tea twice. Ordered bone-in wings the waiter said there was small up-charge for bone in. I asked how much, he said a few dollars. The wings went from $29.99 to $52. That is more then a few. The cost of the wings wasn't the problem, it was the lack of communication. I gave 2 stars because the wings were good. The service was 0 stars.
