Chicken Wings Korean Barbeque

TLDR: overall, decent chicken, but very pricey for what you get.Came here for a weekend dinner. It's sort of not the restaurants fault, but parking is terrible in the whole center. I went with the spicy chicken and an order of fries. The chicken appears to be thighs, and was well fried. the sauce was pretty good, but not revolutionary. The fries were hot and crisp. Nothing was particularly wrong with it, it just seemed rather plain, and for the price tag, I expected more than what I got. Good chicken for a bad value. 3.25/5

The takoyaki was good to get a fix, but idk if I’d purchase it again for the price. The wings were hot and crisp when delivered. The cheesling was surprisingly good. Sounds like a weird flavor, but you won’t regret it. I’m still thinking about these wings ?

The place had a weird smell when walking in. Smelled like someone had used the bathroom and left a little present.Thank god it went away after a few minutes or we would of left. But other than that, the food was amazing. If you love bone in wings then this should be your number one place.Wings were fresh and crispy. French fries weren’t greasy or soggy, and the CheeseSticks were very cheesy. We will definitely give this place a second chance because they had great food and customer service !Hopefully it’ll smell better next time.

As I would love to give this A 5 star or at least 4 and a 1/2, The other day I finally noticed this place and decided to try it. It wasn't busy as I was the only one sitting In Is restaurant, Servers were very attentive.I got mozzarella sticks And golden Original chicken Also CHEESLING BONELESS.The 1st mistake was The mozzarella Sticks because It was basic While it was obviously cooked to order it still lacked any flavor And the audacity to give a cup of ketchup As marinara sauce. But the chicken was amazing, Fresh also juicy and rich of flavor, Even though the cheeseLing Just have a full coat of Powder the chicken by itself was amazing And honestly it was much better when I took it home While sitting in the containerThe powder became a sauce To which I noticed heightened the flavor of the boneless chicken. The whole chicken golden original Was crispy and had that crunch and everybites with The chicken being tender and juicy at the same time. But I love this place and Looking forward to trying more flavors off of this menu.

Best fried chicken I’ve ever tried! My boyfriend and I visit this place pretty much every time we go out ? no regrets! If it’s your first time trying it out, make sure to get the boneless golden fried chicken. And don’t forget to try the tteobokki. 10/10.Staff is very nice, they always play the best k-pop and I think they adjusted the pricing on some of the items, which makes them even further reasonable.I love this place!! ❤️❤️❤️

15.95 for 10 wings (the medium size) is pretty overpriced in my opinion, and the wings themselves were on the measlier side (not a lot of meat on them). A group of 5 of us went, ordered the ddeok boki and takoyaki and then a medium wings on fire, large spicy Galbi, medium honey garlic and medium secret spicy. The wings on fire were surprisingly not that spicy despite being the hottest wings on the menu. The apps were good. The service was good and the wait time wasn’t bad on a Saturday night. The flavors were 10/10. I just wish it would be more reasonably priced for being 15 min away from downtown in a strip mall, and that the portion sizes would have been larger. Might come back but will probably try a different wing spot first.

Came by with my wife--I've eaten at as many Korean places as Austin has to offer and more elsewhere, including in Seoul, SK. bb.q Chicken is unique--1st their hot chicken is actually hot--I think I even broke a sweat. We tried the plain stuff too to get a better sense of the batter--also unique w a great flavor despite being plain...and whatever sauce that jalapeno ranch was for dipping is awesome--I generally abhor any ranch of any king--but theirs works. We had some Ddeok Boki too (spicy rice cake dish) which was as good as any other place. The picked radish and corn were perfect to take the edge off that spicy chicken by the way--must haves--and the kimchi was solid. We'll be back to try some other menu items and other chicken flavors. This place is really a hidden gem. Sazan Ramen nearby is another gem--but can't compare untterly different cuisines--headin there tonight, but I'll have to say bb.q may become a new regular spot. Service was great at bb.q too. Really fast, and they check on you to keep you happy.

*Takeout order* Was looking for a change up from my normal wing spot. This place hit hit hit the mark. It’s Korean style - dark meat and extra crispy. I love spice but went with their mild flavors this time around. The garlic honey wings had the perfect amount of sweetness and weren’t overly sticky. Definitely coming back here.

This was some really good chicken. It was moist and flavorful. The sauces were really good as well. They were not too sweet or salty. We tried the galbi and soy garlic boneless flavors. We also got some of the house bbq sauce on the side to try and that was my favorite of the 3 flavors. It was sweet and spicy but not too sweet. We would definitely go back again and try some of their other flavors

It's.......ok.I mean, nice vibes and all, but the chicken is, in the end, basically....ok.And that's a problem. I mean, with Korean Fried Chicken, you *should* have a bit of a mind-blowing experience, while this, here is basically.....ok.And yes, that's totally a back-handed compliment, and I'm sorry about it.In the end, you can do better...(TL;DR - hot stuff isn't too hot, the cheese stuff is a bit too sweet, there really is no Baby Bear here...)
