Stale waffle cone. Workers looked so young almost like kids- seriously, not joking. Poor sanitation and inconsistent serving.
very dirty place. ice cream dripped on the floor, on the tables. It's obvious that it hasn't been cleaned. Only the ice creams are good.
Got a cake from here & placed the order online! I walked in store & the cake was brought to me right away! fast service & the people there were very nice ?

Terrible service. My grandson and I were ignored by the one person working. When I asked if she could help us she rudely told me she was already helping someone else,, the other person was just looking through the cake book..Turned out great for us in the end because we found SCOOP & SCORE right down the street and it was AWESOME!
I went in for ice cream with out a mask and when I walked in, Ada (the employee who was working) asked me to put my mask on and if I didn't have one I could "go two doors down and get one from Slap Box." There are a few issues I have with this. One, the mask mandate has been lifted and if you are fully vaccinated you are no longer required to wear a mask per president Biden. Two, way to mooch off of Slap Box!! I am not using their services nor am I paying them so why would I walk in to take a mask that they are paying for. There were also people TWO feet away from where I was ordering sitting down eating without a mask on. But hey, thank goodness covid isn't an issue when your'e seated am I right! Overall not a very good experience with Ada who was very disrespectful and had a snarky tone to all of her customers! I love BR but this has forced them to lose a customer for good which is sad to say!
Took my kids to the same BR as always and then asked for waffle cone icecream for kids as always. The cone was broken and asked for a new cone and then this condescending white girl said we don't replace the cones when there there were cones right there to be replaced. To add insult she bought a broken cone piece and said this is for the broken missing cone piece. What a piece of thrash she was and running the store and the cash counter. Absolutely horrible experience never ever will I ever step my foot into this store.
My Uber driver had delivered the wrong order, upon calling baskin Jacob was so sweet and made sure Uber double checked my order and even left me a note of confirmation! Way to go on that customer service!!!!
Triple birthday week at the office and this unicorn cake was a hit with the gals. Thanks so much to the crew at BR!
I ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday from here. Upon arrival the cake looked nothing like the picture that I ordered off there website. I advised them of that and they said they would fix I told them I had to have the cake in four hours. After leaving I thought about it and called them back I specifically said if the cake is not something you are able to do please let me know so that I can pick something easier. They assured me they could make it look like what they advertise. I sent my fiancée to get the second cake he brought it home and still did not look like the picture. At this point the party starts in an hour and there’s nothing I can do about it. Will not trust them again to make a cake unless it is extremely basic. The screen shot is what I ordered off there site, the pink cake is the first cake they made for me, the other is the final cake that they think looks like the picture.
