Didn’t put enough syrup at first, called, complained , then made it right and credit us our order for next time

Bahama Bucks is my favorite snow cone place by far. They have SO many flavors, and the atmosphere is wonderful. Delicious snow cones, and great staff, it’s honestly an amazing place.

First, the sno cones and drinks are good. Something we have gotten regularly for several years. However, it is so poorly run, it is hard to believe it is worth it anymore. There are always several employees standing around just watching the 2-3 who are actually working. They don’t start online or Uber eats orders until the person is actually in the store, increasing the wait time of people trying to order ahead. They are also unapologetic about the wait. And have no manager on shift on a Saturday. Waiting for nearly an hour for 2 sno cones and a drink is unacceptable. And they even made the drink incorrectly.

This place had no business being so good! Be prepared to wait in a long line here for your sweet treat. They use properly shaved ice, so this will not melt immediately into sugar water like some other places. Add some ice cream in , you will not regret!

Really long wait times. Every time, no matter if its summer or winter. I don't get why it takes about 15 minutes per customer to make their order. It's also extremely over priced. So, if you want to wait in line for about 45 minutes to get an $8 snowcone, you may like it. I personally think that there are better, more affordable, and speedier stops to get a cold treat in Austin.

The vibe in here is stale. You'd think with so many young ones behind the counter it'd be a bit more lively but the girls looked like they'd been working the fields since sunup.I've worked in customer service for a long time and because of that I can't stand it when anyone uses the fake, polite CSR voice with me. Personality goes a long way in making customers feel comfortable in your establishment.Shave ice was just okay; I didn't finish it. I got a small blue coconut/watermelon. Once I got to the saturated part, I kept tasting something salty/dirty(???). I'm pregnant, so it may have nothing to do with the ice or syrup, but I recently had the same flavors at Sno Beach and destroyed a large cup ?

Found this doozy when I needed to fill up with gas...the snow cone itself was pure magic...they even have cool flavors like horchata and mango...however, it was about a 30 minute Adventure through the drive through (I was not the only person mesmerized by the sno cone sigh on a 104 degree day)...the staff was apologetic and I will likely be back again, but probably for a pick up, not the drive through

I'm sure the snow cones will be good, but we have waited over an hour at the drive through. Still waiting. I don't know why!

Best shaved ice ever. They know how to make them right, but they sure don't know how to charge appropriately. I ordered natural flavors, which basically means it has no color. Plain Jane, so-to-say... makes me mad that to it no color flavor that I had to pay .30 cents extra PER FLAVOR! WOW! Why not pay extra for color instead of for a Plain Jane, boring white snow with clear flavor? ? Mine was the Avalanche size, next to the largest size you can buy. Love, love, love the spoons which change colors as you use them. Great idea. ?

Honestly the worst Bahama Bucks I’ve ever been to I’ve been multiple times asked for extra syrup never get even ask at the window if they put extra and they say yes, So i stopped getting snow cones and tried getting the lemonade and they can’t even get that right i watched the girl put a whole lemon in the blender with the peel on it and then say that’s how they make their lemonade it was horrible. Being a West Texas native i always went to BB and this location is just horrible and it’s only this location Round Rock,Cedar Park, and Buda do an amazing job
