Awake at 4am Sunday, the sweet tooth syndrome is in full force. Went quietly to the kitchen and found this Babka that Elani left on the counter and ate it. I enjoyed every bite and now looking for more :)

I had an assortment of mini babkas. Each one better than the last. All were incredible but if I had to pick a fav, caramelized onion for the savory and butter pecan for the sweet. Again, all 5 flavors were incredible.

My fiancé and I saw this babka stand at a farmer’s market, and we stopped by to try it out. I didn’t think we’d actually buy it—we already bought pastries that day—but as soon as I tried a sample I KNEW we had to take at least one home. The whole thing was gone in a day. We got the coffee and chocolate one; it was absolutely to die for, and we’ll definitely be buying babkas from here again!
Picked up a loaf of cinnamon babka from the farmers market, and it was gone by the next day. oh my, so good. Very rich and a dense bread that warmed perfectly in the microwave, and comes with easy to follow warming instructions. Will definitely be buying again.
