Needed a good hearty Breakfast one particular Morning.. Normally don't do Breakfast.. but I required Biscuits and warm Gravy... Wandered my way into this little Gem.. South Austin off Menchaca , AUSTIN JAVA provided both the Biscuit and a Real quality cup of Joe ?.. So quiet I basically had the place to myself on a mid week morning. Food was done just minutes after spicing up My Coffee with the flavor station...found the photo in my phone and remembered to share.. enjoy y'all ????
Enjoyed a very nice Omelette here fresh ingredients and well stuffedHashbrowns are well prepared good coffee
One of my favorite restaurants to visit when I’m in Austin. The location is great and easy parking. The breakfast and lunch menus are delicious. The classic eggs Benedict are my favorite with the lavender latte. Yum!!! Staff is always welcoming and the food comes out fast.
Service is really really good here. Food was out so quickly. Loved the breakfast quesadilla, the tacos were great, French toast the kids favorite and the fresh squeezed OJ is a must order. Love this place.
Everything was delicious! We got the maple cinnamon oat latte, a drip coffee, the salmon Benedict and the traditional breakfast with the waffle, which was the BEST upgrade ever! The waffle is huge and comes with cinnamon butter. So. Good. Def would recommend to anyone looking for a yummy breakfast/brunch spot!
Good service, nice atmosphere, very clean, and food is tasty. We tried pancakes and an omelette, and both were great. The drip coffee was good. My latte was the only disappointment. Looks like they’re using an automatic machine. That being said, it’s now my favorite breakfast spot in austin.
Very fast with the dine in expérience it took about 10 minutes to get served but to be honest the food could use some seasoning or salsa
The grilled chicken was very filling, however could use some seasoning. the service was great and the workers were very nice and attentive to the cafe. I did order my latte to be lower temp but was served to me and full temp, I couldn't drink it till it cooled down. The latte was delicious when I was able to drink it.
Waffles. If you are not sure what you should get, get the waffles. They have a yeasty buttermilk flavor that tastes like homemade overnight waffle batter. Everything looked good and tasted great. The brewed coffee is weaker than I like, so I will stick with nitro or espresso.
Great local coffee chain with super helpful staff, great coffee and a solid breakfast and brunch menu. They are also known for supporting local organizations and charities such as Central Texas Food Bank. A true local business.
