food was amazing. plates were coursed well. did have a delay on the bottle of wine coming out as the restaurant was picking up. otherwise, no complaints

Great experience! The food was amazing.

Very average…no where good as it was in the beginning.

Overall had an amazing experience visiting Arlo for the first time. Bran was AMAZING - very attentive and made sure to explain each dish to our trying to cater to our preference in taste while having some excellent selections. Will be returning more after our visit.

Food was good but expected a lot given the high praise of the chef. Service was ok but seemed a bit uncoordinated at times - new dishes were brought before we had finished the course, waitress came to refill water every 2 minutes, there was no salt and pepper grinders and she brought me take-away sachets of salt and pepper, which I wouldn't expect for such a high-end place.

Service was great but food was decent at best. For as highly rated as it was we were expecting to be blown away but we felt very underwhelmed with every dish we tried.

Amazing! Loved the ravioli.

Our hope would be that this would be one of our new favorite Austin restaurants. Sadly that will not be the case. One would hope that the seating with a reservation would be one of a decent seating. Unfortunately, that was not the case. We were seated in a booth, but one that faced the kitchen. That would have been ok but we observed that other tables around us had a much more desirable view. And those tables reminded unoccupied. Also our service was slow and non consistent. Not sure that was the servers fault so my husband still gave her an over 30% gratuity. Food was decent, service was mediocre. Not enough to inspire us to ever return again. Sad to say but this was our impression.

Best restaurant in atx

Birthday dinner for a 13 year old. He is very picky. Radicchio was perfect, favorite dish. Wagyu bavette was over seasoned. Pork was too fatty. Lime sorbet was too bright. Bartender made great Shirley Temples. His 14 year old brother. Roasted cauliflower was perfect. Wagyu bavette was over to midwell. Me. The entire meal was excellent, service was kind and consistent. I particularly liked the roasted cauliflower and the kale with quinoa. We agreed at a 4.5 out of 5 stars as a group, but I give a 5 because my kids are spoiled and overly critical.
