I first tried this place when is was Vice Cream. I loved the idea that they offered house made VEGAN ice cream with house made cones, brownies etc. That is hard to find in the area. My family and I love it!Fast forward to Sunday. We wanted to celebrate National ice cream day and get ice cream from here. Name had changed. I wondered if the ownership changed, if they were still making their ice cream. We got the mint chip and maple pecan. The maple pecan was very icy, stale. My daughter got soft serve in a cone. The cone had glue on it from the wrapper. No more house made cones. The soft serve was ok.Not sure what happened to Vice Cream. We were disappointed with the stale ice cream and factory made cone. Sad to see this place go down hill.
Organic coconut milk ice cream! I didn't taste a strong coconut flavor which was great for me cause I'm not too keen on coconut. The service was great and I would definitely recommend this place!
The ice creams have a strong coconut flavor since they are vegan and made out of coconut milk , so not for those who don’t like coconut flavor.
I liked it but to be anti social. I prefer place alone. Not your average ice cream parlor. Perfect for a stylish steamy Austin afternoon.
Great veteran owned business! Great treat on a hot day!
Service is according to the name. Oriental guy on the counter was rude and antisocial. We bought ice cream and our experience was terrible.
Ice cream was excellent, wouldn't have even known it was vegan if I'd tried it blind. Staff was extremely friendly. Definitely coming back in the future.
Worst restaurant for customer service never buy any ice cream here that guy is really bad
Name is it self anti social so its better not buy any icecream here that asian guy was acting very abnormal
Drove out of my way to get this ice cream with a friend. Waited in line for a good while just to get right towards the front and be told I have to have a mask, & to be clear; I didn’t have an issue wearing a mask but when I asked for one they said we don’t have any.So instead of buying a box of 100 masks for $10 your option is to loose out on customer service, profit and business for your tiny store.Thank goodness there are soooo many more vegan ice cream options in Austin, because I definitely won’t ever be back here again.
