If you're visiting Amy's for the first time, you MUST have the Mexican Vanilla with strawberry mix-ins. Its their signature dish for a reason.Staff at this location were very pleasant.
The staff is super friendly all the time here but I’m sorry to say that I’ve been to this location about a half dozen times and consistently get icy ice cream (as if the ice cream melted and was refrozen). This never happens at the downtown or campus locations but consistently happens here.
Parking ruined the experience, couldn't pull out because someone parked in a no parking zone and was stuck. Ice creams OK, over priced to be honest.

Great ice cream (even worthy of through the cold Texas winter) with fun and friendly staff who know how to treat children and make recommendations. I'll continue to return with my nephews.

One thing I really wish theyd change is to rename the vegan and non vegan ice creams so they dont have the same name. I’m lactose intolerant and almost ruined my next couple days by ordering a Mexican Vanilla which had a ton of dairy in it. On a whim I double checked that it had dairy. They were happy to replace it, which is cool, but I hope the owners see this review and give some thought to naming the flavors differently.Also my vegan Mexican Vanilla had a ton of ice in it. Although I have had it before and it was great, so this is not a major complaint. Main complaint / thing I hope they change for everyone’s sake is just give a different name to the vegan and non vegan versions of the ice cream!

This location stands out due to the AMAZING customer experience we had. Didn’t catch the guys name, but he made sure we were happy w/our choices and sweetened the deal by doing tricks (throwing scoop and catch in mid-air). Friendliest ice-cream shop I’ve been to in years.What can I say about the flavors….as usual, quality, delicious TX ice-cream.
This place was really friendly to me and my friend will come back and get the ice cream here cause it was really delicious. Staff treats you with respect no matter your gender if you love ice cream then come on down here and get some great ice cream for the price.
