Best place to have a great treat of ice cream. My first time there and it was awesome. Great service and I can see why it's always busy. I recommend it highly.
Been going to Amy's off Westgate and love it, for a while now and the girls always seem happy and welcoming but I literally just left and 2 of the girls didn't acknowledge me and was giving me a hard time for wanting to watch my ice cream be made before I paid. The girl making my ice cream was wonderful, the other 2 didn't smile or get off there phones to say bye! What's going on here? Customer service?Today is February 5th. It's currently 4:40pm.
Do try marshmallows ice cream here they are the best that I had in entire US loved it
If you are going to have a mask mandate this late in the game. At least have masks available for those of us who have been vaccinated for 8 months and may not have a mask handy. Or at a minimum allow people to order Togo and not come in the store. Especially when no one is in the store in the first place. However the girl who refused me service is the same one who when working at the Lamar store sold me a fresh pint of ice cream. Then refused to switch it out for a colder one when the rest of my order took 15 minutes and I was worried it would start melting. It never left the counter and she scored health and safety concerns. It was never even opened. She says company policy a lot for someone who seems to have no real life understanding of what that term means.
You make a mom take her child outside to sample the ice cream, because the child has to lift his mask up a bit to eat it? Seems a bit rigid, especially when we're now in Stage 2, you have plexiglass shields for your staff and everyone else is wearing masks. Plus it slows down the line and it confuses the other customers who think that the mom, when she comes back in, is now cutting in line.
Ice cream is delicious and creative but the store hours have been inconsistent. Have tried twice to go during posted hours and this locates been closed.
Not allowed to carry concealed or open. So you must surrender your protection and leave it in your car. With a nearby homeless camp and the people loitering around on the corners.. No Thank you. But then they require you to wear a face diaper. They lost my business, permanently.
Too busy talking with coworkers to help the 3 people in line. Quick to ask a question then cut you off before you have chance to answer.
It was good ice cream, didn't have the brownies for the hot fudge sundae tho.Service was good,no waiting.
Super COOL place. You could say it was very CHILL. Even the artwork gave me chills...
