I ordered a waffle cone with the cup of joe special. The attendant haphazardly put my cone together where she dolloped a scoop of fudge on the top when it was dripping everywhere & than handed it to me without looking. I ended up getting fudge sauce all over my clothes & hands. I get it was busy for a Friday night but it was poor customer service. Also the ice cream I had was mediocre at best.
Ordered a tiny scoop of Sweet Cream ice cream with fruity pebbles in a cup. The tiny scoop was perfect for me, giving exactly enough needed to give me a taste while not hoping for more or less. The combo was a recommendation by one of the friendly staff and super creamy, tasting just like a bowl of cereal! Yum. Perfect way to top off an afternoon meal on a hot day.
What an incredible spot! As an out-of-towner, I wanted to hit-up the best ice cream spot. Google recommended Amy’s to me and it surely didn’t disappoint.There was a long line but it moved quickly because of the incredible scoopers. Just because they were working fast didn’t stop them from offering samples and being incredibly personable =]And the actual ice cream was delicious! I got peach with graham crackers and it tasted so fresh and sweet.I’ll certainly be back!
The scoopers here were AWESOME! Loved meeting them. The reason the rating is low is the ice cream itself.I ordered the Vegan Mexican Vanilla and unfortunately it had a really strong “vegan” taste and was fairly icy rather than creamy. It also cost $7.50 for a small scoop so definitely not worth it. I wish I’d tried another flavor…I order vegan when I can by choice, and this is a place I would not recommend doing so at.
super nice staff and fun range of flavors and “crush’ns.” i got the pisces seasonal combo: strawberry, chocolate chips and graham crackers. loved it !!
This local business is so unique with its one of kind hospitality!! I actually walked in when the people got a new manager and she was super friendly and awesome ?? the employee who took our orders was very respectful and was on task taking care of the orders and listening carefully on what specifically what we wanted. Please come visit and buy their own baked cakes they make because just like their ice cream there cake has a one of kind taste ??
Really good ice cream! Got some flavors i had never heard of before and they were amazing! Very hospitable, and the location is nice too. Theres space to sit outside in the shade as well. Would recommend!
Stopped here for ice cream as it was listed as one of the beat in Austin. Kids got cups, wife got a waffle cone, i got belgium chocolate, was delicious!

I Ordered the Mexican vanilla with the praline hot topping and the Oreo with Fudge hot topping, they were well worth it! Next time I come through Austin I'm definitely making a stop to Amy's ice cream shop!
