The staff made out check in and check out very easy. The pool was great. We didn't check out the hot tub as the temperature outside is 100 degrees. I loved the W XYZ bar! The wings were yummy! The drinks were delicious and reasonable priced. I would like to especially commend the bar tender, Bassey, and the Sunday afternoon Management and Staff for their swift and competent manner in handling a drunk, unruly guest. The service was so great that I know I will be returning for another stay!

I booked 2 rooms for me and my daughter for a family event. My biggest disappointment is that there are no microwaves in the rooms! The only food they have is from the vending machines! So, if you get hungry, not only can you not bring your own food to reheat in a microwave in your room, but you will have to leave the hotel to go and find a hot-meal. When I asked them about it, they told me that there was a microwave in the vendor machine area! Really? The refrigerator in the rooms are under the bathroom sink! Who wants their refrigerator basically in the restroom? What a poor design and I would expect much better coming from a Marriott Bonvoy Hotel. Needless to say, we won't be back! smh...

Make sure to use ʜoᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking your hotel. This web site will compare countless booking websites and typically will have rooms much cheaper than others! You're welcome :)! This resort is the best rated in this area. I've been coming here for a long time. If you stay for a few days you definitely will love it I'm sure!\\n\\nOur experience at Aloft Austin NW was a solid okay, decent, good, nice, enjoyable one! There’s not very much I can say negatively about the entire experience.. However, if the hot tub/pool is one of your prerequisites, don’t make my mistake and assume that they’ll be available. During our 4 nights stay both the pool and hot tub were off limits, not for a good reason either; even though the pool and hot tub were in working order, all were denied access to the area because the lock on the door was broken(an easy fix that was obviously not a high priority) tough luck, s happens life goes on.\\nThe positives were a clean room and a quiet room. The room service were super friendly and welcoming. The reason I’m giving 5/5 and not 4/5 is because they refunded us an entire night due to the above mentioned discrepancy.\\nBe aware, if you’re expecting a luxurious experience this place might not be for you bit for the price we paid, the services were well up to expectations.

We really enjoyed our stay. When we checked in Regina was extremely helpful. I was traveling with my daughter and had been assigned a room right next to the bar. She was kindly gave us a quieter room. Later she helped by giving us water and a forgotten toothbrush. The room was modern and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

This hotel is in the perfect location, offers a gym, pool, and has a bar. But the absolute best thing about it is the staff! Jessica, Lester, Bassi, Mike, Taylor, Meghan - the entire team is personable and top notch. I stay here one week a month for work and wouldn't stay anywhere else.

This was my first time staying at a Marriott aloft hotel. I was dealing with food poisoning and was not feeling fantastic. Meghan at the front desk did an awesome job and checked me in as quickly as possible. The whole staff was a great group and treated me well. No one likes to be ill when traveling but the staff made it at least more bearable. They extended my check out time to allow for a few more hour for rest and recovery. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Overall a nice facility and well run.

First time staying at this hotel and had best experience with staff from checkin through checkout. So very personable, very courteous and overall just very tending to customer satisfaction. Very satisfied with experience. Highly Recommend.

Hotel is nice, rooms are clean and the view is nice but… it’s overpriced. Everything in the breakfast area has a price. You want coffee? $3. Prepackaged cereal? $3. Milk for the cereal? $3. Staff was friendly and helpful when I noticed days after we left the hotel an additional $50 charge on my credit card. They said it was for “incidentals” and that it should have been charged right away not after. If they are going to charge $50 for possible incidentals and then take it back later they should tell you that at booking. Or add it to the invoice so it’s not suspicious. They took the charge off but still.

Always clean, and always have the best nights sleep! The sheets are amazing and the pillows are a dream! The one big downfall is if u walk through the hall at night u can hear every word and every noise, snore, bark .... u get the picture! That should have been a main priority for this hotel cuz it is for almost EVERY hotel!

We were there only 1 night but our mom and daughter getaway was perfect! The girl checking us in was super friendly. No name tag but I remember she was wearing blue vans. She also checked us out the next day.. red vans this time but no name tag again. She gave us the top floor which is exactly what we wanted. Pool was clean and decent size. The bartender was also nice and he was fast although it was quite busy. My mom & I bought a couple beers and enjoyed the evening by the fireplace, more people joined the bar area later in the night and there was even people singing at some point with a guitar, in Spanish. I don’t think they had anything to do with they hotel, more like guests but we thoroughly ENJOYED it. Very nice stay, we will definitely be back at this location when we visit Austin.
