Love the atmosphere and they had an incredible Mocha with oat milk. Top 3 coffees in Austin in my 2 years of living here.

The coffee shop was located inside a hotel, they also had gluten-free options which was amazing! LOVE the atmosphere and coffee was very reasonably priced especially for the location! Looking forward to going back soon!
Alfred's located in the lobby of the Line is a great open atmosphere with fireplaces to enjoy your coffee or treat. There were a limited selection of pastries. The chai tea latte was delicious. The fireplaces provide lots of warmth on cool mornings. Service was quick, although they weren't very busy at the time.
Order the iced vanilla latte, it is so good! It was worth the $8 bucks I paid for it and the shop is located in a really cool hotel.
Two nights here for $1400, should be$99/night for the quality. Giant seedy nightclub atmosphere. Front attendant are kids, barely trained, Mumble your room number. Rooms are Spartan empty futon like bed. Nothing works...USB bedside chargers all broken, no simple wall plugs. Restaurant also has Spartan room service menu, only appetizers. Who in their right mind would stay here??
Nice location, beautiful pool, big rooms. Great if you want to party, LOUSY if you want to sleep or work while you are here. The on-site nightclub called "P6" AND a poolside DJ blares music at DEAFENING levels until all hours of the night. The only nighttime room service is small plates of cooked vegetables. A hotel in Texas that does NOT serve meat?!? How is that even a thing?
Mely checked me in & assisted me both nights I stayed at The Line. She was professional, kind, charismatic, and an all around delightful person to have assist me! Mely went above & beyond several times to accommodate me & make sure I was comfortable! Daniel was amazing also, assisting me when he didn't have to. Their customer service was amazing & I am so happy to have had the pleasure of meeting them both! I travel a lot for work & it's hard to even find decent customer service let along outstanding service that Mely & Daniel provided me!!
Our whole experience at The Line was flawless. Not only were we able to check in early but we were upgraded to a suite since I mentioned we were in Austin for my wife's birthday. The room was incredible, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's location is perfect for visiting Austin and its a nice bonus to have Alfred and Veracruz IN the lobby! Will definitely stay here again next time we visit.
