Ignore everything else on the menu and order the dry pot. Just trust me. It's so good my wife and I couldn't shut up about it for like an hour.I can't believe I've been in Austin for 3 years, suffering through its largely mediocre traditional Chinese food scene and this has been under my nose the whole time.
Authentic Chinese food for sure but a bit too much salt. Would be perfect if cut salt by 2/3. Delicious but we had to rinse the food with a bowl of water (common Chinese Chinese food lol) we had a Cold Noodles (so good! Esp the peppercorn oil! But too much sauce, will do sauce on side next time), salt and pepper shrimp and a Pea Leaves. All very authentic just the salt control. 师傅盐少放点哈，味道很棒，但有些菜得涮水吃哈哈
This place is horrible, portion size is decent but the overall food is complete garbage. Avoid coming here at all cost. We ordered 7 dishes and they were all over salted and not fresh. Upon entering, we saw one of their workers scrubbing their shoes with a kitchen brush. Completely unsanitary.My whole family has a stomach ache the morning after we ate here. Horrible. As well as diarrhea.
My girlfriend and I love getting the spicy fish and mapo tofu!! They are both so so tasty, and the portions are large enough that we usually get to have a full second meal from the leftovers. I would highly recommend this place
The chongching is amazing. I love their Dan Dan too. I got edamame instead of tofu for the bean curd dish, but it was still good.
I am OBSESSED with the mapo tofu and spicy fish here!! At the moment only takeout is available but it always comes out quickly. Service is great too!
I've been a fan of this place for a while. Having lived in China for over a decade before moving to Austin, this is one of the only restaurants in town that consistently scratches my itch for authentic Chinese food.

Simply awful. The quality of ingredients here were absolutely terrible (especially the meat). I will never order from here again; a complete waste of money.
They recently move to this new location, so I am glad they find a better place to manage it even it take me longer to get to them. Love their style and the taste.
