Relatively the price is high. The food and drink are just okay, but my number one pet peeve is that the staffs are so unfriendly. Even though I gave 20% tips, my food takes forever to prepare, and they don't bring the food to me. I have to come back three times to check on whether my food was ready.With my experiences, I would not recommend the place to everyone.
I order elotes combo and 2 wing combos. The elotes don’t even have Mayo. It’s just corn that’s over cooked and some fries that’s under cook. Same for the fries on the other two combos. I thought I was getting some real elotes. This is my first time trying this place and it was nasty. I was so upset because I’m pregnant and I really want some elotes.
I order ahead and arrive at least 20 minutes after the app says it’s ready only to be told it’s not every single time. There will be 2 other customers inside the entire restaurant and 2 employees standing around doing nothing. One of them may actually greet you while the other plays on their phone. Not even an explanation, just “oh it’s still in the kitchen” even though I placed my order over 30 minutes ago. Ridiculous.
Zero degree is always good. We got the matcha and jasmine milk teas, watermelon drink with fresh melon on top and a strawberry cheesecake brulee milkshake. Delicious!
Food was mediocre at best. I had the bbq wings, Hot Cheetos fries, and the Cookie Monster drink. The wings were not fried long enough for my liking. The Hot Cheetos fries were flavorless and the cheese sauce possessed a very odd taste. The Cookie Monster was perhaps the most disappointing of all. It wasn’t sweet at all, which was very off-putting as they tout that as a dessert item. I can only describe the taste as Oreos blended with ice and water. It ended up in the trash along with the majority of the “food” that I ordered. As far as the atmosphere goes, I would not recommend dining in unless you want to deal with semi-dirty tables, flies, and a perpetual cold draft.

I am visiting from out of town. Saw this place and wanted to check it out. What disappointing was they did not sell the drink in the branded masonry jar like they have on the advertising pictures. So I was like OK.... Then the drink come out without the fruits slices like they have on the wall. So just feel like false advertising. The drink tasted OK though.
Order said it would be ready at 850 for pickup. Got there at around 910 for my order not to be ready. When one of the employees families walked in, he then proceeded to make all of his families drinks while I stood there and waited. All 4 of them. As I am writing my drinks are still not made at 936 pm. This is ridiculous.
None of the food is like the photos…the menu pics are just advertisement. Cups sizes and food items are always different. I went for the garlic canoodles and shrimp. The shrimp was the first thing tht upset me because it’s regular large shrimp but the menu photo displays big gulf shrimp. The noodles were of another size not like the noodles in the menu photo. Just be ware ask questions while ordering cause they won’t tell you up front what you saw is not what you will get
Carne asada fries and the wintermelon tea are divine!Also the tiger sugar milk boba tea is THE BEST one I've ever had. Their new popcorn chicken is bomb too. I love going here anytime I'm in Arlington.
