Very poor customer service. Left the brownie off my door dash order and I called and the manager asked if I could come by now to get it. Then why would I have door dashed the order if I could come by? Then she wanted a specific time I would come by to get the brownie. The staff wasn’t specific to make sure I had everything in my order but want a specific time. I see why they don’t run well. No one thinks.
I love wingstop, but I will never return to this location. The staff wasn't rude, but they were just standing around while orders pilled up. The staff was making food for themselves to go home while customers were waiting. I sat inside quietly while I heard customer after customer get told, "oh just about 10-15 more minutes" when it was clear they already waited the hour wait time. The manager was actually working like a regular worker, but there was no direction. I finally just asked for a refund after realizing my 25mins would probably be more like 40mins. Instead of the manager notifying me the refund was complete she continued to work while I stood there. After questioning her she said she told the staff member it was done, yet the staff member told me it wasn't. I've never experienced this lack of efficiency at a wingstop ever. Every team can have an off day, but standing and talking doesn't constitute as one- it's just bad business.
My reviews may be somewhat biased because I typically go around 11:30 which is an hour after they open.My wings and fries are always hot and freshly made, my order is always correct and it's usually done in about 20 minutes.Like I said though I go early in the day, not at dinner rush.
I will be looking for a different wingstop. Online it said 23-25 mins tried placing online didn't go through but money was taken. Called said it didn't prices just wait for back to put it back. Placed over phone they said ready in 25 mins. Got there and still waited. If associates spent as much time doing jobs as laughing and goofing off and then telling everyone oh just a few more minutes... food would be done on time and be correct. They ought to tell people they don't do call ahead. It's really called order and wait for order to go in once you have waited. Ended up waiting 35 mins and order was wrong. Really need a good manager there. Horrible experience
The people at this location either today or in general can’t even take an order- tried ordering a bundle from the menu and got transferred from 2 employees to hear them talk about me in the background that they didn’t know what the “big night in bundle” was (its on their website). Will not go here but other wingstops- just rude. The last thing I wanted was to continue to try to order to have them spit in my food or worse.
I called and was kept on hold for 15mins, I drove to the location while still in hold, getting there the cashier was just standing doing nothing while my call was still on hold. I told her I have been kept on hold and still on hold, she ignored me and just went ahead to take my orders without even acknowledging my complaint. So unprofessional and mean
Ordered my food they said it was going to be a 20-30 minute wait. I’m definitely fine with that I get there around the 30 minute mark and my food still isn’t ready. Again not a problem. Get my food and they made me the WRONG order this is where I got upset because the cashier didn’t have any compassion when I told her it was wrong she just said here’s your total if you want us to make it again it’s going to be a while. I took my order and went home then I get home my food is COLD. Definitely will be trying a new WS location next time.
I Ordered an 8 piece boneless and got 4 regular size wings and the rest were a little bigger than the size of a quarter.
Showing a QR Code instead of a clear menu will not work at all! The associates are not good at taking the order correctly! After charging my account for a wrong order, I cancelled the order right away; however, the associates and even the manager could not refund my money back into my account! After two Wednesdays, I did not receive the refund, and the manager gave a business card in order to call someone else!
Been here twice. Same experience, online says 40-50min and when I come to pickup, still have to wait 30 more min. ?♂️
