I absolutely love Whatever❗Not the Location ... I'm very disappointed because I've eaten here before whether it's for the breakfast, lunch, or dinner but this visit was terrible Customer Service. I actually waited longer than usual which is okay because I know it's a busy area however when I did receive my food which was pancakes, eggs on the side, bacon, and hash browns. I did not get any syrup so I drove 15 minutes back because I get to work an hour early. When I came back Maria the Manager yelled at the drive thru crew, then handed me syrup that was leaking and opened from the side. I asked if she see the syrup leaking was this ok? She stated yes without trading them for another that was dry and not leaking. I just left by this time my food was cold and I didn't enjoy my breakfast which for me is the most important meal of the day. I'm sure I'll change locations and this store 825 starting with the Manager should get more training in Customer Service. ?
Went here for milkshakes on a week night. Ordered one medium vanilla and one medium chocolate shake in the drive through. Employee taking the order at the speaker continued to cut us off before we could clarify the order. When the order was brought out, the vanilla shake was only half full, and the chocolate wasn’t much better. I paid full price for half an order.
Got french fries for my niece late night. Took a little longer than expected but the fries and vanilla shake were good. Staff was polite despiut my sour disposition.
Food and service was good but the inside temperature of the dining room was about 68° so the good got cold within a few minutes. Had to finish my vanilla shake in the car because it still wouldn't come up the straw.
Busy, but super fast and friendly. They were out of coke at the time and offered other drinks. Got my (not simple) order correct!
Halfway through my spicy chicken sandwich, which was dripping watery mayonnaise, I find that my filet is raw. Not even a little raw. A lotta raw. How disappointed and disgusting. I pray I don’t get food poising.

I enjoyed the sweet and spicy burger at her suggestion, and it was incredible for fast food. Good food, good prices, good people. This is the best Whataburger in Arlington/Dallas/FTW.

The drive thru was long line, but had someone taking orders out side which made it easier for a place that had two drive up lanes. Could have told us that they were out of salad dressing when placed order. Food was hot and was on our way in no time.
We have a great lady thru the drive thru. When we go Monday thru Friday she is always listening and knows it us. She makes sure our order is correct. One mess up on our order we go somewhere else the next time. When you place an order and repeat your order several times they should at least get it right and you shouldn't have to return or call back. So in saying that, we get exceptional service every time we come to this location. Thanks to everyone
