I have had various experiences in the past here (good and bad...). But this morning my husband and I took out 4 young children to breakfast here and we got amazing treatment from the staff. The place was spotless and staff were eagerly keeping tables clean. One worker ran to dry off our table from getting wiped down before we sat. And after we were done eating, an employee brought over gummies for all the kids as well graham crackers for our 1 year old. Really considerate of them.
The cashier was rude as hell didn't even say Hi nor Thank you, had a look like we were bothering her, our order was wrong we called up there and told them they forgot out onion rings and they said the onion rings not even on there in the order. ( Look at my receipt clearly says Onion Rings ) when she gave is our change she handed it and closed the window. ( Poor Customer Service ) No one made them work their shoot, why be ugly to customers, what we do other then order our food. Sad how business could be ran like that with poor customer service for no reason at all. Never again will we stop by during late hours. Rather order Door Dash and pay the extra fee then get mistreated for no reason.
I deliberately went to google so I could review this Whataburger. Best experience ever!! The order taker was polite and professional. I pulled up to the window and my food was hot, ready and CORRECT! The young man at the window was very polite and friendly. Absolutely the best experience at Whataburger and maybe any fast food place EVER.
I love whataburger but this place was so dirty, dingy, and the staff was so unfriendly. Almost all of our orders were incorrect and the vibe was not great.
Drive-through wasn’t that long of a wait. I ordered online but since I had to wait in the drive-through by the time I got my food it was cold. The fries were gross because of it but the sandwich was still great. Had the Buffalo & Ranch chicken strip sandwich.
First of I can’t believe no one will answer the phone. Second, I usually don’t complain because I was a manager for whataburger before and I know it can be hard on times but my food was cold. Fries were old and cold, my husband had to put his fries in the air fryer to Mel it better and my onion rings were overcomes or they haven’t changed the oil. Instead of being bunched up in the drive through window they could have been doing what they were were supposed to do. Where this doesn’t have to happen.
My cousin and I were passing through on our way from Portland to Atlanta. We stopped here to try Whataburger for the first time and got recommendations from Alex at the counter. Alex delivered excellent customer service and his recommendations were amazing. 10/10

we went in and ordered and left with a fresh to go order in less then 15 minutes and there were several people in the drive thru and inside ahead of us. our food was fresh and very good. my teen wanted to go back for another burger it was so good. employees were nice and helpful even though they were busy
We're not talking Che Le Creme. The people were nice even though I was working that free burger with an email thing. For the night owls, it's not far from your North Arlington crawl . Get them taquitos!
