Food is good with fair pricing as is forever. They need a floor manager or someone to manage flow of traffic. It was so packed that you don't know how to get a seat or service. I sat down at the bar on my own and it to several minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there and asked me what I wanted.It was a good thing I knew what to order because I wasn't given anything to look at when ordering.Lady was polite when she helped me.

This franchise has got the consistency damn! My favorite food there is that omelette. It's absolutely amazing how much they beat that egg to death to get a raise up at all lol! The food is the same every one of my been to and good. And nearly always the staff and every location is very friendly also.

Great comfort breakfast food, inexpensive, love their waffles and hash browns. The service was very good, the waitress kept checking up on us to see if we needed anything, refill coffee, etc. Since San Antonio doesn't have a Waffle House, it's a guilty pleasure we try to indulge in when traveling to cities that have them.
Waffle House has always been good. Not all of them are the same tho. Between my job in Haltom City & my friend's job in Irving there are about 20 WH that i know of. 8 i have tried & only 3 of those i really like.
Had some time to kill this morning before shopping at the guitar Center next-door so I had a little breakfast. Kenneth, whom you could tell is training waited on me. Kenneth was fantastic. Kenneth got my order right and actually acted like he cared that I enjoyed my meal. Waffle house has a good guy, work with him. Kenneth thank you for a good breakfast.
Well I walked in and I sat down at the low counter and waited and waited. There were approximately 6 customers in various booths and high counter. No problem right well after about ten minutes the one and only waitress comes around the low counter sees me and then she said that section is closed and thats why I am ignoring you. So I get up and I leave. Never to return. You got to be kidding me you let money walk in and due to your attitude, let it walk right out the door. How terrible for you.
Food was cold, eggs were overdone. Asked for over easy, cooked well almost burnt. Ask for crispy hashbrowns instead got soggy under done hashbrowns. Not very good unfortunately.
