Great food would go again.
The first time I was at that place ( last time as well )and trying to get my lunch. Guys were working no one took notice I am the only one at the front but they pretend they are working but they are not. I did wait for more than 6 minutes then I walk out of this store. I have read later on people's reviews about food quality. Thank GOD I didn't get food from there. God saved me. ?
I’m from New York and have tried the very first OG Halal Guys. Saw they have one half an hour from me. I was excited to try my fav chicken with rice. Nothing….NOTHING like the original. The chicken which is supposed to be cut in smaller shred like pieces was the size of a chicken wing. No seasoning. They filled the whole plate with rice with bare minimum chicken on the side. It was below mediocre. The whole experience to relive New York memories was ruined. I have tried the halal guys in Dallas and it was so much better than this. Never coming back to this location.

Love love love their food! Definitely recommend eating there. The food is always tasty and when you do pickup, it’s ready on time.
It's like Subway, but for gyros! As I figuring out my order, my interaction the staff was enthusiastic and fun. It was worth visiting just for that. The food was just a delicious bonus after that. A fun twist on a traditional classic.
Very new dish to my taste buds. Loved it. Fresh and filling. I'll be back.
Very frustrating experience. I placed an online order at 11:54. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:10. I waited for about 20 minutes for my order and finally went up the counter and asked when it would be ready. The employee told me they had not made it yet. I then waited another 20 minutes for them to make two platters. When I finally received my order and headed back to work, I noticed the only thing in my platter was rice, tomatoes and lettuce. No meat.This is not the first time this has happened to me. We stopped going to this location for months because the meat was so burnt you could not even eat it. I really enjoy the food (most of the time) but the customer service needs improvement. I gave you three stars because the food is excellent about 75% of the time.
I recently visited this place, checked online to see the time they opened. When I arrived I was told that they were closed and weren't open till 11am. Turns out that they got a cater order and decided to open later then their advertised time. My single order would have taken 2-3 minutes but their cater order was more important then any other customer. Not sure I'll ever be back there.
Mid. Most Mediterranean places are good or great, this was so so. Something like Mediterranean Fast food. Spicy sauce isn’t spicy but at least it isn’t salty.
