Always a good time. The menu selection is huge! Normally that’s not a good sign but CF has it down. Great service, quick and delicious. We got the Mac n cheese balls 10/10 my favorite of the night, chipotle chicken pasta 7/10 needs more thickness kind of watery which dilutes the flavor but still good,asparagus was a nice touch. And the bacon cheeseburger 10/10 delish, and we had the coconut crème pie cheesecake 7/10 bottom layer makes it over bearing…should have stayed with graham cracker crust. Also had vanilla bean cheesecake 9/10 tastes like what it is. And took home red velvet and Oreo cheesecake both 9/10 good but they are so big it’s impossible to enjoy the whole thing in one seating.
Work on your customer service. Our server did not go out of his way when our order was incorrect. Two couples, one wanted to share their meal. Their meal did not come with the other two meals--a third meal was brought, but was incorrect. It was taken back & the correct meal was not brought until the rest of us were finished. We just got it to go. There was no offer to comp the meal or even a dessert, or to have a manager talk to us. There was a couple of "I'm sorry about that" and that was about all. Oh, we did get a "Did you want Happy Birthday on your cake?" We understand that prices have gone up & you don't do complimentary cake any longer, so that wasn't an issue. The food was okay. but not particularly outstanding. My husband got a chipped glass. which he pointed out, but it was not replaced. We had to ask for silverware, and again for forks for dessert. We had to ask for enough menus to go around. It was not a particularly impressive experience, but it's given us a story to tell.
The staff here are always so kind, they are WONDERFUL and very hardworking! The times we’ve been here, they always make sure we are satisfied with our meals from start to finish. And considering that it’s always full, it’s quite remarkable that they’re so patient! An EASY FIVE-STARS.
Considering how the parks mall has degraded the last few years it’s no surprise Cheesecake Factory has too.We’re visiting Arlington for the death of a loved one and wanted a delectable dessert to help ease the pain of it all. We placed a curbside order on a Tuesday night for 4 items - Funfetti cheesecake, Turtle cheesecake, Carrot cake and a brownie ice cream sundae. Simple enough, right?Wrong!My husband waited an unjustifiable amount of time in the curbside pickup before he finally just went in. When we got the order home 50% of it was incorrect.We received the Funfetti and the Carrot cakes. However, we received chocolate peanut butter cheesecake instead of Turtle and we received all the fixings for a sundae but no ice cream! Ice cream! The main component of a sundae. I’m not sure how you forget the main ingredient.It was hard to enjoy ourselves and the desserts with 50% of our party unable to enjoy their selections since the store carelessly messed up our order.We contacted the store immediately upon realizing their mistakes but we never heard back. For the cost of a piece of cake the least you should expect is the correct flavor. The staff at the Arlington location can do better.Edit: we contacted them as suggested the night of the order and have not heard back. We even filled out the customer satisfaction survey with this info and nothing. Their response is a canned message, there’s no solution to be had or we would’ve heard back already.
Absolutely loved the ambience and great service. The staff was very kind and they kept checking on us if we need anything. Would definitely visit again to try more dishes.

Been here a few times now and I finally found my favorite entree! We’ve sat at the bar with John, really nice & very knowledgeable about the menu. Kayla was our cocktails waitress and I must say she was extremely patient & helpful. They were extremely busy due to it being a Holiday weekend. The Shrimp Scampi is very delicious and I absolutely love their bread. Actually went to Tom Thumb to get me a loaf today! Of course you can’t leave without getting a slice of cheesecake, but consider taking it Togo bc the portions are big!

The food here is almost always delicious!! Tried a new cheesecake for me, Oreo Supreme it was so rich & chocolatey!! I will always go back to Cheesecake Factory ..?
We had a great table next to a window that sat 4 people and our waiter was excellent and very attentive. There was an hour and a half wait but we were able to do something else in the mall next door as they were able to text us when our table was available. Outside seating was not available due to cold weather. No plexiglass barriers available at this location and as some wait staff and greeters do not wear masks. We ordered the raspberry cheesecake and the oreo cheesecake for dessert. We enjoyed our meal but if you're in a hurry, reservation is recommended. We arrived at 7 and didn't leave until 10:30pm.
