We had a great experience. Food was tasty, service was great, and the mixed drinks were awesome. My favorite was the strawberry Henry. Our daughter had the cotton candy and that was impressive. Great place overall
I don’t recommend eating at this Arlington location. This restaurant is severely understaffed and the food takes too long to come out. Then once the food arrives you don’t even want to eat it because it took so long to arrive. Just drive across the street to Hooters…. Which is usually more crowded but at least you’re food comes out faster and they have more efficient and professional staff. I ordered the chicken and shrimp alfredo at TGI’s and the meat was seasoned but the noodles were bland. Not worth the price.
Short staffed.. but if you're patient the food and service is pretty good!! Bathrooms needed some help and the new ultimate cheezy bacon burger was delish!!
I hadn't been to this TGIF in a while so decided to give it a go. They are short staffed so expect a wait if the place is busy, however the waitress was nice. The cheesesteak egg rolls are very good, the cheese sauce they serve with them is perfect. The prices have gone way up. More than other places it seems was the main drawback. I mean the food is good it's just there are other places to go too where you might get a better value.

Before heading to the 49ers game, we dropped in to get a bite to eat. It was good. The food was hot. We tried an appetizer with a variety of items, best decision because we couldn't make our minds up on what we actually wanted. My husband and I both ordered the sizzling chicken and shrimp.
Excellent food, excellent server bad vibe from people not working tables needed to be bussed some people were not working excellent manager ate there twice in one week be back for Super Bowl for sure
They tell you a different drink price and then overcharge. No one asked us for our order. Had to go get someone twice. Ended up just leaving. Worst experience at any restaurant ever.
It's been awhile since I visited a TGIF..It hasn't changed, the quality of the food isn't what it should be, especially for the prices they charge. All I ask for is a hot food and great service..I dont mind waiting if everything is good. Today I received cold food and it took awhile..?
I'm all about customer service, we were seated in a timely manner, several servers walked passed us and never stopped to take our drinks or order. The part u found odd, was that two other parties arrived after us and was greeted and served, we sat waiting with zero acknowledgement..got up and left!
