Apparently they close at 10 PM now. And if you stroll through around nine everything will be “out of stock for the day” or “they just cleaned the machine”. Clearly the manager on site does not care about customer satisfaction. It appears they are just looking for the fastest way to get out for the day.If you’re hungry and it’s past 8 PM I recommend going anywhere else.
Bad service I was waiting for long time the ignore me also when I ask for a drink the asking for identification I show Mexican Id they denied and said we are not a puce officer we want Tx ID, I’m was to discourage look like discrimination for me because what they need is to know the client how old not if the people is legal or ilegal right?
Worst experience ever. How come all employees literally let customer stand there and ignore. There is no others customers. It is only me standing there stare you guys. How can you just walk pass me make eye contact and ask no question and even start cleaning. I never saw any fast food restaurant chain customer service mind this broke. Really bad. I hope I remember and won't step in to this location again.
Came to have dinner in this location no customer service what’s so ever none of the staff or management wanted to stop from doing whatever they were doing to take our orderWhen they finally did, the employee was rude as she took our order if you are looking for good service and friendly place to eat this is not where you want to go, I do not recommend this location to anyone.. will never be back to this locationhorrible customer service period..
This location never has protein!! Fajitas are always on the grill with a 25 min wait. And I mean constantly. I’ve gone 3 times in the last week, just trying to get my craving of a fajita bowl out my system. But it is impossible at this place. I don’t know if they do it for fun, or just don’t want to deal with customers, but it’s excessive. You would think they would be better prepared for the lunch wave. No point of having it down the street if I can never order food.
Food is always decent to me. However management always seems to be an issue. Liberally had 2 employees walk out/storm out while being loud and saying they quit, might quit might not come back after using store phone and handing back to TC employee while there is a line of customers waiting to be tended to. Customer service and professionalism definitely needs attention.
I don't write reviews, but had time!!! I had time because I'm setting in drive-thru waiting for over 30mins. I ordered a 3 bowls.
Don't expect a return call or email follow-up from this location or Taco Cabana's Corporate Office to rectify an issue. A local health department inspector(s) should pay a visit very soon. The workers ask for food/condiment items back once they have been given to customers through the drive thru window if the order is incorrect. Once in a vehicle and given back is not appropriate practices. Such major health risks and cross contamination. Covid-19 is still on the rise people....Rude, incompetent and unprofessional staff who definitely needs training. The owner of this location needs to assess this operation. They deserve 0 stars
Was out & about running errands with the husband and grabbed some food to go from here.Everything is fresh and made to order. The refried beans, tortillas, enchiladas, oh so good. ??They also offer margarita's if you're interested. ?I had the cheese enchiladas and hubby enjoyed the birria quesadilla.His quesadilla was fantastic, he gave me a slice before he devoured it all. ?
I went to this location on 12.18 and sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes. Larry the manager at this location proceeded to tell me that because my order was less than 50$ He would not be accepting the order. I have had some of the poorest service but Larry you take the cake. If u value your good mood and good customer service I suggest you don’t visit this store
