Will need a refund, ordered before their "closing" time and now they won't make me the sandwiches or give me a refund. Camden in the morning to get a refund like they requested. Their operating hours are not correct online (shows 9 am opening, really opens at 10). Came back at 10 am and the store was still locked and the 2 employees were chatting behind the sandwich counter. Still yet to recieve a refund.

Staff is lazy. They don't want to make sandwiches as we want and they refused to give me veggie patty because they wanted to close early.I used to own a subway back in my country so I have idea how it should be runningThe guy name is Javier. He needs to learn some customer satisfaction skills and should not try to run before the restaurant timings end.I request owners to please put some attention.

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE at this subway. I paid extra for smashed avocado for 3 foot long sandwiches. I was very disappointed when I found out there was no smashed avocado in each sandwich.Definitely not ordering from this Subway again, giving 1 star for the sandwiches only!

I went to open the door at 10am , then I seen a woman look at the door and walk back .. it said they open at 9am on the website and 10am on the door .. I waited in my car .. they still didn’t unlock the door .. I’m confused , what time do they open ?

The service is not the good. And the manger sat and watched her employee's not give good service and threw my sandwich together. Everything is falling out.

Store hours are different then what they say on Google, open at 10 instead of 9, so the sign on the door said 10, but the two people that open the store open at 10:20 very bad customer service..

The doors were locked at 7:15pm I was confused and went back to my car and went on the website opening hours are from 9am to 9pm. However on the website I was still able to order for pick up and proceeded to do so. Just to be sure I would be let in to pick up my order after I spent money and placed my order I call the store. And I was was unsuccessful with getting in touch with the store. But I could clearly see more that one person walking around talking and laughing. On the website my food was supposed to be ready at 7:40 so at that time I walked to the doors of the store and it was still locked I knocked on the door and the employee made eye contact and continued to shrugged her shoulders and yell ’WHAT’ She kept ignoring me I yelled louder she then looks away and continues to sweep so I bang on the door because I know my food is ready and could see it on the rack she slowly approaches a rack with the food on it she points to one of the bags and asks are these one of yours I nod my head yes she picks up both bags and brings them to the door she then opens the door and asked for my name she looks at both bags and tells me that they didn’t have any tea because they closed half of the store already. She then tells me to come in so I can make my own drink. I make my drink and leave very frustrated. The fact that I had to go back-and-forth with her through the door before she even let me in is the issue she was rude, disrespectful and had an attitude. I want to speak with the district manager immediately and corporate has already been contacted. The date of this altercation is 12/28/2021.

This place should be closed, terrible place. Employees are very rude they refused to take my order because they were on break . I ask how long it would take , they gave me a very bad attitude and didn’t offer to help me. Cannot answer a Simple question . I wonder if this place even has a manager to handle this business.

Horrible location! Placed an online order and they were closed at 7 (doors locked) and they claim to be open til 9. Paid online but did not receive the order!! Will be disputing the charge with CC. Horrible location!! DO NOT USE THE SUBWAY APP! will not get a refund!
