I asked the waiter if they have strawberry lemonade, he said yes. I then asked if it was sweet and he yes. I was bought pink lemonade.? and it was sour so I asked for a sprite. 2. The button on the tray don't work or I was ignored. 3. The next server gave me the wrong plate and walked off after dropping it on the trey . 4. The food was cold and most of the chips where soggy. - nacho chicken brisket. I was charged for the sprite and strawberry lemonade but the manager did give a refund for the strawberry lemonade. The seats where nice and comfortable. Could've Been a little darker in the theater.
Today, I received the worst customer service by the General Manger at this location. My family ordered the 2 for $29. However, the taco salad she ordered lacked flavor, so they agreed to bring her out the chicken bits instead. When our bill arrived, they charged us for both the taco salad and chicken bits. Our bill ended up being $53.03 including tax and gratuity. When I told the waiter, he removed $15.16 from our bill.However, this was still more than the $36.61 our bill should have been. When I spoke to the General Manger to let him know we were still being overcharged, he refused to listen. He said that they removed the additional charge on the bill.I even had him do a dummy ring up order to show what our bill should be and he refused to listen. Even after I showed him on the calculator that $53.03- $15.16= $37.87 not $36.61 , he didn't fix it. He went on to tell that he was correct and there was no error. I even suggested giving us a full refund and then ringing us up again, but he said he couldn't.I know it's just a $1. 26 different, but it's the principle of how he handled things. Instead of just recognizing the error, he continued to make it seem I was at fault. When they adjusted my bill, they didn't adjust the gratuity as well. It should have been a simple fix, but he literally tried to embarrass me in front of his entire staff. He told me that I could call corporate because he wasn't wrong at all.Clearly simple math is NOT part of the job requirement. What a shame. I will be sending an email along with pictures of my receipts.
So we came with our kids everything started out awesome, everyone was friendly BUT when we ordered food for everyone we only received half of what we ordered! We came in with hungry kids and they kept assuring us their food was coming out. And nothing! We left with hungry kids because unfortunately the other meals we got were spicy. I’m pretty upset about this visit why take orders if you’re not going to fulfill it. And to top it off we were not the only ones left waiting for food! Ridiculous
Unfortunately our experience was frustrating from the start. As soon as we tried going to our theater, the guy at the booth to let you through was very rude. We got there right at the start time but the theater wasn’t cleaned yet (which isn’t his fault) but he did not communicate that and was very rude about not letting us go back. Everyone around us was also very frustrated with this employee.Once we got in, we ordered the dinner for 2 special. We also got dessert which they said they would time and bring out later. They ended up bringing the dessert out before the meal, so we asked them if they could bring it later like we were told. We also got the pizza which was still cold (I think it might have been frozen).The movie was almost over so we asked if they could bring the dessert back out. They ended up brining the same brownie Sunday plate from earlier and the ice cream was completely melted. We also got charged twice (fortunately, we were able to fix).Overall, pretty clean and a nice theater BUT the food and especially the service are pretty terrible.
Thought it would be cool if me and my family went on a move date to see Sonic… boom first off my ticket said it started at 8:30p it started around 9:20. So we order my bf got a burger my son order a kids mini burger and got chicken bites and I ordered a salad .. my salad didn’t come until the movie was almost over, like how long does it take to make a salad really !?Get home and my son is throwing up everywhere and has diarrhea!! My last time there NEVER AGAIN
If I were the owner I would replace the front house staff except the older lady. They were not on task at all, unprofessional, playing around with each other at the bar and passive towards customers. The place needs to be cleaned and the kitchen staff needs to be replaced with actual cooks.. the food is shameful. This should be a bar and movie only no food. Just serve popcorn if you can’t hire people to properly prepare food. Its sad that service is so poor, this used to be something my children and I enjoyed. I hope management sees this and starts sending in undercover people to witness the foolishness that is bringing this business down. After the pandemic service and quality should be top concerns for businesses like these to regain customer loyalty. How sad.
Poor service. There is a mandatory 18% tax on food and drinks and you can tell because you had to leave your set to find a server. The food was good but I wanted a to go box but no one came to check on us in the end to see if we wanted anything else. Will not be back!!!
As many years as I’ve been coming here I was highly disappointed this time around. Ordered food and drinks before the movie starts. Food comes about 15 min later. Cool fast for the food. Ordered condiments with the food. Took about 20 minutes to get the condiments after the food was arrived. Took a total of 45 minutes for us to get our drinks from when we ordered before the movie. Then after the movie ended, had to wait 10 more minutes to ask for our receipts that never came. But when we get it the receipt it’s a 18% gratuity that was never stated that’s automatically added. The serves was horrible and they want 18%. This was a terrible experience.
This location isn't the best SMG I have been to but it's not terrible. Service is decent but often time server will not put in extras or another drink. Theaters are clean and seats are semi comfortable unless you're watching a 3 hour movie. Overall not a bad place to watch a movie and have a meal.
My husband and I went on a date to see Batman. We wanted to enjoy ourselves and we did until:1. We kept getting other peoples food and drinks delivered to us by the waiters. This happened 3x.2. When the checks came- ours never did.3. As we walked out I found a waiter and told him we never received our check. He proceeded to tell us he got our seats and another pair of seats mixed up.They had charged someone else’s tab on ours!4. My husband had to go step by step with the female manager over our bill and how to correct it. All the while she was unapologetic and rather short with him.5. When my husband recommended she should have better customer service and should have offered us something for 20 + min of inconvenience on their part - she preceded to say “you assumed I wasn’t going to”.6. Another manager looking guy with arm tattoos then interrupted and told my husband “no need to beat a dead horse here.”If you want horrible customer service and issues YOU as the customer have to resolve- this is the place for you.
