Don't recommend it. They only got half of the order correct and of course we didn't know until we left as it was a to go order. One of the burgers was supposed to be loaded, including bacon which almost doubled the cost of the burger. Ended up with a bun, cheese, and a tiny little patty. When I called to let them know they messed up they tried to argue it. I had to go line by line down the receipt to get her to understand. They lack attention to detail.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The fries were good. Some of the burgers were a little to greasy for my taste. The milkshake was great! We also had cheese fries, honestly I preferred the normal ones.
Definitely lost it’s quality. You walk in and looking for the employee to help and find out by yourself it’s only self ordering no one greets you walking in. Seems kinda like a ghost town. The menu has been cut down. Place is dirty. Milkshake was not good. Customized my burger and it came the way they wanted to make it. I left hungry still like I walked in. The food doesn’t hit you. The whip cream was out and you had to find out for yourself by getting back up and go ask them. The sidewalk when walk out is uneven and I damn near sprained my ankle so watch out for that too.
Ordered through Grubhub, seemed simple but they forgot one of my drinks, no lettuce on my burgers when that was my only topping on them, ordered large cheese fries but looks nothing like the picture and came with no cheese whatsoever, didn't even bother to fill the CUP with fries. No napkins or silverware when there is an option for adding silverware and napkins. And the small fries that come with the combos look like the same amount as my LARGE "cheese" fries. Trash restaurant.
Every single table was absolutely filthy and we had to clean our own table. The employees were arguing in the back so the food took forever to come out. The reason I'm giving 3 stars instead of 1 is because the food was decent. Customer service and cleanliness was absolutely atrocious
This location was dealing with some things... Walk in, take out only... Card readers weren't necessarily working. The two young ladies working that day though... They busted their tails getting orders up and out quickly and correctly.
Dirty, dirty place. The bathrooms are DISGUSTING and you wonder what it looks like behind the counter. Take out only and you must order your own food via tablet They boast of the best milk shakes and they are terrible. The food was edible but just not very good. We are here visiting and I recommend you stay away from this place. Bad experience
Terrible experience. We have been waiting 30 minutes for our order. There were other people here that got here before me and still haven’t gotten their order. The employees have no sense of urgency. Plus they did not have the shake option I wanted and tried to give me another flavor without asking. I am asking for my money back, do not come here!
Very upset I just order a double burger and received a single. My sandwich was not even covered all the way. They put half a foil paper for the size of the burger it is. I normally don't complain about anything. But if your going to pay for something. At least take the time and make it right for the customers that are paying for it. Maybe that's why y'all have such bad reviews.
