This is the most often stopped at Starbucks for my family and for a while they really were doing pretty well. We would always look forward to hitting up our coffee stop. Over the last 6 or so months quality has been snowballing downhill and today is probably our final visit. We ordered 2 venti drinks, one a iced oatmilk shaken espresso and the other an iced latte. I'm sitting here with two drinks that are so botched they aren't even palatable. One is so sweet it tastes like diabetes type 2 in a cup, and the other is so bitter it clearly doesn't have any of the right ingredients in it. I guess if you're still going to be a patron of this establishment you better check by taste every single drink you order before you leave the pay window or counter.
Asked for extra Carmel crunch and I guess that means don't put any on it.
This specific store is never opening at a consistent time. I work at night and when I swing by sometimes it's open sometimes it not. Upper Management needs to pay attention to why their employees are not opening the store. This is occurring often. It's very inconvenient for customers.
Very slow inside. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee. Drive thru was rolling on fast. When I asked if mine was ready, lady worker was rude.

Ordered an iced tea and received a hot tea over ice that instantly melted. So you know. Lukewarm tea. Fantastic.
Went to this location to get work done. I didn't know they had a holiday hours so they were close for all services except drive-thru. Yet the staff still attended to me. I love good people.
i complained that my order is not right. instead of ice coffee i told her that my order is hot drink she insist to change it into HOT. since i was in a rush going home. they just end up just changing the cup. and my drink is super cold. how rude this employee are.
