Wow this is ridiculous. This has happen 3 times to me at this location. I ask for a venti skinny caramel macchiato and the cup wasn’t even full… I come in every Morning and spend a lot of money tonight get when I pay for. I’m not usually the one to complain because I used to work for Starbucks in this does not meet the standards!!
I got the hot chocolate and it was very bitter. They did not tell me which drink was which so we had to figure it out-poor customer service-would not recommend this location to others.
I usually stop there between 11:30-12:00 to order my usual Skinney Vanilla Latte. Batista working that shift has been making awesome Lattes.
Great Baristas, Always busy. The parking lot does suck though. Get in line and be kind.
I dont even care that its ridiculous to pay 8 dollars for a medium sized cup of coffee. I love Starbucks. This one is typically great at making mine how I like it.
This was my first time patronizing this location and it will be my last! I have NEVER seen such poor customer service! Why would you employ people in a service industry who do not want to serve? That's why you're there, to serve! Management, please consider those who represent you, as they are a direct reflection of your leadership or the lack thereof!
I have been a daily (if not once, twice a day) customer of this location for over 7 years. I am changing my previous 5 star review to now a 1, because 0 isn't an option. The worst crew now in 7 years, no customer service skills and flat out rude to customers, more than one employee but includes the new red headed red bearded guy, and a manager who could care less. For Gods sake, you people need need to remember who pays your salary. And congrats to the 287 Sublett location and Wichita location, you now get my business!
Not my experience but this is for a friend who is too sweet to be treated this way! Customer service is horrid - it’s hard enough as it is to be a new mom with a newborn baby but to have to stand at the front counter for 5+ minutes holding a baby in an infant car seat before even being acknowledged is ridiculous. Barista made her order wrong and didn’t even offer to remake it - handed her an extra shot of syrup and essentially told her to deal with it. We get that Starbucks can be busy, but maybe the store should hire people who can excel at being a good barista, detail oriented to a specific order, as well as excellent customer service!Clearly this is not a one time issue as there has been many reviews talking about poor customer experience and wrong orders.
I come here often because it’s by my work and normally everyone is super nice but today I went through the drive thru to get my mobile order and asked for a puppichino for my dog because he was going to the vet today and I was trying to make it a positive day for him and the guy in the drive thru literally rolled his eyes and made it beyond obvious how annoyed he was when I asked… way to make someone feel uncomfortable ??
I went the other day the line was long but it wasn’t a long wait and the breakfast sandwich was hot and fresh the location on Cooper and Barron needs to step up.
