Order was good but my god the wait at drive thru is insane! I’m here at 10am it’s not even packed but the baristas are taking forever making drinks. In the middle of waiting outside everyone is playing Tetris with other cars who are trying to get out of the parking lot. You have to pretty much be forced to stay online because it is so cramped in the parking area you can’t leave because of the long hold time.
This place was like the worst Starbucks around, but over the past month or so things have gotten better, faster, cleaner.Tony has been helping me out for the past couple of weeks in the Drive through and you can tell he knows what’s going on…..
This is easily the best Starbucks around!! They are ALWAYS so kind, their drinks are consistent, and they are so speedy!!! Thanks for my morning pick me ups, y’all!
The baristas are ALWAYS friendly. Please tip them we should be so lucky to have Starbucks now and throughout the duration of COVID. ❤

Health Department! Beware!!Open cuts on hands and serving food is unacceptable! If the “manager” does it then they won’t care if they’re workers do. That’s a health code violation!Long nails, open cuts is a no no! Even when working the day window!

This place seems to always be out of ingredients or they get your order wrong. I drive the extra half mile to the Matlock location where they get it right everytime.

I came to this place every day morning, the black girl working in here her face always angry, when I pay and she never know how to say thank you, I always say thanks to her. And today I came backs and she serve me again same thing angry. I order mocha frap with no straws and she angry to answer me, we don’t have any straws. W t f mocha frap with no straws
