I always come to this Starbucks and enjoy my drinks and the service but today wasn’t that great, I came in and waited in line, ordered a drink for my sister which she had sent me a picture of the order so I showed it to the employee and told me that they didn’t have that. That’s fine, I said “okay let me FaceTime her real quick” so I could ask her what else she wanted. I stepped aside and let the person behind me go while I was asking her. By the time my sister knew what she wanted the person that was behind me was done ordering and was paying. The employee that has curly short hair told me that I couldn’t order next even though me and the person behind had basically just switched spots she made me get in the back of the line which was another 15 minute wait when I had already waited that long the first time? I didn’t even want to argue or cause a scene but it just doesn’t make sense to me I just listened to her but still am upset about it.
They are VERY busy but still get the drinks out quickly. My pink drink was perfect! Just a warning to those who don’t want to learn the hard way like I did: this is the starbucks near the ice rink. Not the one in Barnes and Noble (they don’t call themselves Starbucks, they said they are the Barnes and Noble coffee shop). I ordered online and went to the wrong location.
super fast service. i always get the pink drink but i tried the pineapple matcha and it was great.
Always great time earning free drinks and food.
Staff here is always polite and welcoming! Drive thru line moves quickly also.
The mocha cookie crumble is good and they were nice
